Actually I'm from Madurai but currently working in Chennai. In the year 2018, I planned to book Classic 350 Gun Metal in the same KK Nagar RE showroom. But they said you need to wait atleast 90 days waiting time for this Gun Meta grey. I don't want to wait and again as like many I love RE from childhood. The very next day I came back to Chennai and I enquired same Classic 350 Gun Metal grey in Venkateswara RE showroom ( Medavakam / Pallikaranai) , they are ready to deliver the same bike in 7 days if ready cash , if loan 5 days from loan approval. But I planned for ready cash and I got delivered my Bull in exactly 5 days. This is the comparison between Madurai KK Nagar showroom and Chennai. Small delay is acceptable but there is lot between 5 days and more than 90 days ..
Don't worry nanba..it's the showroom which made all things.. definitely they need to get back to you...for what they did...but ul always rock..and amma too
Don’t leave them, write to Enfield company about the Dealer’s mess and hidden charges. Nowhere it is charged extra over the amount at the time of booking. They should have mentioned in the invoice about the hike. If not file a case in Comsumers Forum, they will tackle it. It will be lesson to them. And in future they don’t torture others.

Im a royal enfield classic 350 user since 2017. my personal experience journey with RE service centres was very worst after my 4th company service im hitting local expert mechanic.then i have concluded that local mechanic was much much better than brand service centre.
yes, now a days you wont see good technically sounded mechanic in company Service center, all you will see just 1 or 2 year experienced guys. Because technically sounded mechanic, will start new local mechanic shop...
Same feeling.i got delivery 1 week ago through legend motors chrompet. Waiting period 4 months. Ennaku enna nadanthathoa athey maathiri thaan vungalukku nadanthathu, not even single line changed. My bike has stopped middle way due to lagging issue, till now my bike is in service centre, they said they are rectifing it. Its so frustration after you bought new bike u cant feel the new bike itself, that is RE.i have records everything i planned to file a case against them. my humble request to anyone who are very passionate about RE please think lot coz after u purchase u cannot think, coz once we buy they will be happy but we will be the one suffering a lot.
