      When i took delivery of classic 350 in Bangalore HSR dealership they provide petrol coupon. I am sure the showroom people have checked the customer in your case.

    Royal Enfield worst experience, response, customer service. Etho periya international brand Mari scene. Ithan vanga na mattu vandi kae polam 😂. I planned to buy re after visiting showroom periya science podurogae. They are not giving free of cost. Kasu vangamae osilayae kudukrugae

      Yes cheating customers by telling mate finish is easy to maintain, customised vehicle will be delivered faster... Sale exclusive are trained by dealers to tell lies to sale their vehicles. Very worst.

    For me even worst, After I started driving the bike from showroom to petrol bunk, which is 2 kms away,my petrol got drained near the petrol bunk. Royal Enfield does not care about their customers.

    Hi Bro, Customisation is the reason for the cost difference and delay...
    I also taken the Meteor performance is excellent, value for the money.
    But dealership person have to explain you in advance about all, that is the issue.. performance wise surely you will be happy..

    Actually I'm from Madurai but currently working in Chennai. In the year 2018, I planned to book Classic 350 Gun Metal in the same KK Nagar RE showroom. But they said you need to wait atleast 90 days waiting time for this Gun Meta grey. I don't want to wait and again as like many I love RE from childhood.
    The very next day I came back to Chennai and I enquired same Classic 350 Gun Metal grey in Venkateswara RE showroom ( Medavakam / Pallikaranai) , they are ready to deliver the same bike in 7 days if ready cash , if loan 5 days from loan approval. But I planned for ready cash and I got delivered my Bull in exactly 5 days.
    This is the comparison between Madurai KK Nagar showroom and Chennai. Small delay is acceptable but there is lot between 5 days and more than 90 days ..

    Don’t leave them, write to Enfield company about the Dealer’s mess and hidden charges. Nowhere it is charged extra over the amount at the time of booking. They should have mentioned in the invoice about the hike. If not file a case in Comsumers Forum, they will tackle it. It will be lesson to them. And in future they don’t torture others.

    Mate black will become half shiny after few months. Always choose glossy finish. Don't buy mate finish. To clear their stock many showroom will cheat you by telling mate finish is good, but in reality it's different.
    Even mate finish is difficult to maintain...
    Maintain minimum amount of petrol in latest BS 6 vehicle. If you drive to empty fuel... then fuel pump, injector will be damaged....

    Everything you mentioned happened to me bro
    I booked on 8th Feb got my delivery on 25th of June,
    Mine was not even customised, they promised to deliver in 60 days
    Paid extra 6k+.
    Same petrol issue but lucky i was told to fule it by the sales man.
    Things apart riding experience is good so far.
    We all know shit happens in this case it looks like for almost everyone.

    I have experienced bad experience like you even for service .
    I have raised complaints regarding late delivery and service issues also but no use .
    And when I purchased my bike from trichy and service done in thanjavur and the way they treat customers in thanjavur service center was even more irritating and when I complained to royal enfield and to the showroom I purchased they casually told me to visit trichy service center.
    Then I was too much irritated and started to service my bike in local mechanic shop in my place .
    My humble advice to anyone planning to purchase Royalenfield bike is to please purchase even better bike or even car for the rates .
    Royalenfield make believe people that having a Royalenfield is a pride , but there is nothing special i found in latest model compared to old Royalenfield .
    Old is always GOLD.

      There is no use of raising complaint, they just forward the complaint to the same showroom, RE company only loyal to their dealers they won't even try to hear your complaint, RE has this attitude bcox of the customers who keep on support bike sale without any advertisement, ithuthaan perumaikku erumai meikurathu

    I faced like this worst experience buying my royal Enfield bike 😭 atlast I sold my bike after using 2 years .. I thought I will use my bike for more than 15 years ..now a days royal Enfield sucks .. in terms of build quality and service ...it's better to choose some other brand 👍 Don't take it serious royal Enfield fans ..but it's true .. better try to do service outside not royal Enfield service center

    Same feeling.i got delivery 1 week ago through legend motors chrompet. Waiting period 4 months. Ennaku enna nadanthathoa athey maathiri thaan vungalukku nadanthathu, not even single line changed. My bike has stopped middle way due to lagging issue, till now my bike is in service centre, they said they are rectifing it. Its so frustration after you bought new bike u cant feel the new bike itself, that is RE.i have records everything i planned to file a case against them. my humble request to anyone who are very passionate about RE please think lot coz after u purchase u cannot think, coz once we buy they will be happy but we will be the one suffering a lot.

    Brother.. am currently experiencing same issue with RE dealer Kalavasal branch Madurai. All the three showrooms in Madurai are owned by same person with different proprietor name. So competition and hence this scam in accessories.

    Im a royal enfield classic 350 user since 2017. my personal experience journey with RE service centres was very worst after my 4th company service im hitting local expert mechanic.then i have concluded that local mechanic was much much better than brand service centre.

      yes, now a days you wont see good technically sounded mechanic in company Service center, all you will see just 1 or 2 year experienced guys. Because technically sounded mechanic, will start new local mechanic shop...

    Free petrol on the time of vehicle delivery, for Cars, usually they will give Petrol 5L coupon which we can use and put petrol for our new car in nearest bukn. If they say that, petrol has been already pumped then we need to ask them to take out the petrol fully and check the volume and put petrol again. This RE showroom people did pakka planned day light robbery. They should get instant karma for what they did
