Alex Hormozi taught me something that's solid gold with cold calls... at the end of the call ask "who you may know that could use what we distribute?" to the person on the phone. Watch your referrals soar!!!
What's up, Matt and Ronen? from the Philippines here. I've been watching your videos, and all I can say is that it's a perfect one for a cold caller like me in the Philippines who wants to break into Tech Sales. There's so much to learn, and after watching your random videos for only three days, I've already learned a lot. Keep the ball rolling, guys!
Your videos have a fun energy and very informative Matt. "Is this a sales call?" gets on my nerves, but very common. Its part of the process. Cold calls should continue, regardless.
So much value in your videos, especially the ones with Ronen! I really like these. I also like to see you taking notes and learning along with us. As a real estate broker who’s trying to get better at calling, I realized these tips can be applied to any industry. I get some of the same objections on my calls. I would love to see Ronen do some real estate calls lol. Keep up the great content!
Re-Listening to you guys as I drive home… Could you talk about ROI versus Cost of Inaction as closing techniques. I’m in hr and compliance sales, and I find myself using more coi lately.
Hey Matt and Ronen. I just wanna say that your videos and call audios have been really helpful in mastering the whole sales approach over the phone also via email and LinkedIn messages, because I can easily handle objections via email as if I'm on the phone with them. I have a question about a situation when they say (especially over linkedin ) no thanks once, and once again after my objection handling. Do I stop right there, or there's another thing I could say?
Good questions. If they say not interested, and you try to handle the objection and they come back and say "not interested" again...it's time to move on and prospect someone else
@@MattMacnamara I'm curious, is there a website for salespeople who are looking to become appointment setters for other companies that get a based and commission? I'm really liking sales.
Hey Matt, I love your videos and learn a lot from them on a regular basis. My name is Paul working in the inside sales space for offering services for remote engineering resources or professionals to the global companies. I need your help for tipping me 2-3 best practices in my area of work to book more meeting with C-level execs. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks & Goodluck to you.
Sunny, all tips shared on this channel can be applied to your industry to book more meetings. Anything specific you are struggling with? Thanks for watching!
If understood correctly, for the two main objections “we already have a solution in place” or “we’re not interested” you acknowledge with something like “I completely understand you’re not interested / have a solution, a lot of our clients were not interested at first until they [say benefit]” did I miss something from it?
Great to see you guys at it; I love the reframe of “it absolutely is a cold call, but not the kind you think.” Could you guys hit third party business partner objections? I always ask the contact “Should anyone else be on this call, or are you the only person handling compliance and hr?” I have a first loop of “I hear what you’re saying; but, do you LIKE the idea?” Then go back to presentation and find another benefit.
Another way to ask that question: "Who would feel left out if they weren't on the call?" 3rd party business partner objections...not quite following what you mean by this.
@@MattMacnamara not husband or wife. I bumped up against two clients this week who were the decision makers up until it was time to do decision maker moves, and then there was another person who needed to be consulted.
@@tomkolos170 If you are asking those questions and the clients aren't being forth coming with all people involved in the decision, there isn't much you can do. just make sure you setup a meeting with EVERYONE to answer any questions, handle objections and try to close it

Had a BLAST shooting this with you! Dial away friends
7 months later and you're still the goat for these videos.
Thanks for watching the video and the kind words!
Matt, I love your channel. Ronen is simply the best at what he does. He makes it look so easy. Keep up the great work!

Great video guys. Not interested is my #1 objection
I have a video coming out where we role play this objection
Great session Matt!
Thanks Romaro!!
How do you record both your and the customers camera along with screen share? What are you using to record live call?
Webex, Teams, Zoom all record everyone's screen and screenshares

@@MattMacnamara Yeah, I figured. But I thought there could be a last resort rebuttal to save the day 😂
@@Xmacka a lot of the time, the best thing to do is move on
How about overcoming prospects who are just mean right off the bat
move onto the next call
I like the judo mentality of using their own words against them in a non-confrontational way.
