Yo coach when shooting is it better to deliberately slide down the guide hand while its on the ball or is it better to just shoot and let the ball just escape from the guidehand while you are bringing it up
Thanks for all the tips. What I like most about your videos is the camera work. None of that crazy zooming in & zooming out, panning the camera left & right, & the crazy popping sound in the background. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. All the extraneous camera BS is annoying.

hey . my main problem is when i lay jup i am super on the side and always rebounce straight and never hit through the rim
