I came back here to say this was by far the best best best chicken I’ve ever BBQ’ed!!!! 😮 Absolutely amazing recipe thank you so much!! I’m making it again the 2nd time today. Advice for newbies: don’t skimp out on any ingredients, follow recipe exactly!
I was using a Weber Kettle with mesquite lump charcoal. I’m not sure how accurate my thermometer is on top of lid but it was running 350, cooked chicken for about 1 hr 20 minutes? Had 3 leg quarters in there in middle of grate with 2 offset fires on each side. Absolutely perfect! 😊 also made the Mississippi Haymaker drink to go along and that was perfect. Best bbq yet. Thanks 🙏 😊 ☺️ 🍗 🍹 🔥 🥵 🤤
