It's a no fuss car...you get exactly what you need and a little bit of what you want so the trade off for minor gripes you may have as a pampered baby is really nothing to cry about...its an adult vehicle for adult needs...getting too and from work, occasional camping trips, mpg is decent, and can go places without getting stuck in the snow bank
Great review! I pick mine up next week. Decided on black as I thought it looked great with the gun metal rims and features. The 2.5 litre was the deciding factor for me, and I can't wait to drive this great vehicle!
@@timmyr345 thanks! It's my first black vehicle as I've always went with white or grey. It's definitely tough to keep looking clean, but I totally love how the car drives. No buyers remorse whatsoever. 🙂
Great video, I have a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Its a very good commuter vehicle and it is great off road, It is the best SUV that I have ever owned. I am 55 years old and I have owned a few trucks and cars in my life time and my Crosstrek is my favorite of all, Very dependable and it drives and handles very well. I have no issue with the power, It is great on the freeway in Dallas and will pass up slow drivers ( morons) on there phones with no problem.
I've had the outdoor in plasma yellow pearl with falken wildpeak A/T 225/60R17 tires for a week and a half, and have been averaging about 11L/km city driving. it seems like it's going through gas quick. might need to talk to my dealer about this... Otherwise been absolutely loving it. I wasn't digging the CVT my mitsubishi has (2012 RVR), but this one feels so much better.
the lack of an A/C air duct/vent for the rear passengers is really disappointing for such a car. They have it in Forester, why not for Crosstrek? It's embarrassing
@Jake McCoy is right but I am going to add this pretty sure most, if not all new CVT has the fake gearing now. Older ones usually do not have it, like our 2011 Rogue.
I hope that all who comes across this message get rich and achieve their highest dreams, my dream is to be successful with my videos, bless up and have a great day.
Bonjour mathieu. regarde le lien suivant svp. Comment se fait il que le forester échoue lamentablement??? ! Désolant à voir. th-cam.com/video/OdbS-1eltDc/w-d-xo.html
I just test drove one. Suspension is too mushy. And there is an abundance of body roll in corners. Worst of all is the racket the car makes at speed. It looks and feels cheap. Don’t buy.
It will be in the shop often, buy an extended warranty for $2000 more, your gonna need it. Wheel bearings, axle shafts, they burn oil, 30K differential oil changes, CVT is quirky, high stance makes for terrible handling on windy days. AWD is over-rated. Toyota/Honda/Hyundai are all equal for normal driving
Well duh.. it's the Outdoor trim exclusive to Canada so it's targeted for Canadians. Go check the Sport trim videos if you want to hear about your imperial system.

Ooohhhh.. Nothing looks better than black when it's clean. I don't envy you on car wash day. Enjoy the new ride.

Great review ... my wife’s Outdoor in white is ready for pick up this Friday
Cool little all-wheel drive car. ...looks good. Sure want one.
It really sucks that we can’t get heated steering wheel or front view camera in the states plus that trunk light is nice too
Thanks for clearing that up..I was puzzled to see it in some reviews and not others
Thank you so much, I’m getting mine this Friday 🙏
I'm thinking of picking mine up in April. How are you enjoying it?
Great review. I myself have a 2014 forester but looking at either another forester or the crosstrek
I like my 18 premium.25K$
I agree that the sweet spot is any thing under 30K$.

Same here, but from a Forester haha!
We need the 2.5 here in Mexico 🇲🇽
Thanks you for the dream! It may not be sell in France 😭😭😭
Europe c’est mal!
Europe sucks
does anyone know the differences between this and the limited edition?
Nice review
Too bad we don't have this model in Jamaica. We have the XV version. No front camera🤦🏾♀️. Thank you for the very informative video nonetheless 😊
You're supposed to use your own eyes to look ahead not a camera!

um license plate is Ontario, how you getting californa smoke?
what type of seats are there in this trim level ?
Interior: All-weather soft-touch seating surfaces with yellow stitching....
Why it’s 20 mm wider?
The black plastic thingy around the wheel
Good Nice review
👌👍
6:43 I really dislike CVT that mimics traditional automatics; It defeats one of the main purposes of CVT - smooth power delivery.

Go buy a fwd then
I found it very quiet myself, and handling felt great. Each to their own I guess
@@EnglishYobbo i’m going to give it a 2nd look next week. I don’t expect to adore it but i hope i can like it enough. Would be a useful vehicle for me

Sure you weren’t driving a twenty year old F150
Stop talking Canadian, talk American.
Ml,liters, Km, huh???
Inches, gallons, Miles per hour!!!
Ya, man now we’re talkin’.

Well the rest of the world would undertuned his Canadian
What a dumb ass comment. I didn’t know American was a language....
