I learned so much from you but when I gave up on myself, I unsubbed because your videos kept reminding me of the things I quit doing. All those years ago I wasn't strong enough to commit to changing my lifestyle but for the last six months I've made my health a priority. Today, I was looking up high protein recipes when I saw your name and I quickly resubscribed. I'm so happy I found your channel again! i love your recipes! and agree to having everything in moderation. reading the comments-- those who have restricted diets (vegetarians, vegans etc) should do themselves a favor and watch videos meant for them instead of posting negative comments. I'd say I would choose your recipes over junk foods any time of the day! :)

Green tea is a great drink to have. There's nothing wrong with it. It's full of antioxidants and speeds metabolism and it's even as great alternative to coffee. I hope that helps 😊

I've been doing you're 8 min workouts in the morning before I head out and I do not have time to wait to eat before my workout. Do you have any suggestions? If stay away from low fat or full fat milk or any other products that claim to be non fat. When they extract the fat they always replace it with other things such as sugars and you don't want that. Sticking to full fat and to real food is the best way to go. I hope that helps:)
