Just found your channel a few days ago and you have some great ideas! I've seen many moms with a bunch of processed foods, high in sodium and sugar. So thanks for the ideas and all the effort you put in for healthy eating. 🙌
Love that you involve your little one! She is so cute. My littlie is 2.5 years old and loves her learning tower too. And in terms of appetite my littlie is the same - funny how I get worried when she eats like a bird and then the next day eats more than her dad - but as you say, nothing to worry about ☺️
Found your channel this week and Im so happy. I love your recipes and how involved Luxie is in the cooking. Id really love it if you could include: - the oven temp in celcius aswell for us Aussies -how long the food stays good in the freezer -how you usually heat the food (microwave or oven or airfryer) Keep up the good work mama!
Hey Rachel! Welcome to Mama Tried! ❤️ I don't know a thing about converting the temp to celcius 😅 But, I'll see what I can do! 90% of my recipes can be stored in the fridge for 3 days and the freezer for 3 months. I would defrost the majory of them by microwaving in 15-30 sec increments until you've reached your desired temp. You can also microwave, then place in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to crisp whatever you need up! I hope that helps! Also be sure to look at the video description. I've been adding a lot of recipe notes in the description here recently!
I just found you three days ago & your food is soo good & I need it today's video that there is days they eat a lot & some the do not because my son is eating little bit of every thing and stops eating
Hi I've been binging all your toddler food videos. My daughter is 2.5 and we do good with breakfast and lunch but dinner is a struggle! Your little 1 is so cute! I love seeing her reactions to the food. My daughter has so many allergies I get excited to find something 4 her only 4 her to be like Yuk! Lol. They r so cute!
Hey there! Welcome to Mama Tried! I’m so happy you’re here. Dinner seems to be a struggle with most Mamas! I’ll see if I can make a dinner only video 😍 what allergies does she have?
@@MamaTried omg it's terrible! I have her pretty much on gluten free diet. We use sunbutter also. Shes allergic to eggs, peanuts, wheat, soy and oats 😫
Yes I have this exact question. My daughter almost always refuses to eat new foods she’s not familiar with. I cave and just give her what I know she will eat.
It really depends. Sometimes she won’t eat because she’s not hungry so I’m not going to make her eat. I can tell the difference because when I put together a plate for her I usually put one thing on her plate I KNOW she loves and if she doesn’t touch it then I know she’s not hungry. But, if she just doesn’t want to eat the food I make then I’ll wait an hour or so and make her a snack then feed her at the next meal. I don’t want her to think that’s it’s okay to not try the food and get rewarded with something else. If I make something that I’m sure she’s not going to like but I want her to try it I just put it on a plate with food she’s more familiar with at first and I’ll gradually work her up to eating the full meal. She has also never asked for something else other than what is in front of her. Example: if I make a pot roast and she says I don’t want this I want chicken nuggets. So when and if that day comes I will explain to her that we are not eating that right now but I will try to make that for her soon. 🙂
@@MamaTried i love this. I will try putting something on her plate that I know she will eat and slowly incorporate new foods. I definitely don’t want her to think it’s ok not to eat and then get rewarded with a snack right away. This is why I love your channel, you take the time to interact with us and help us out. I know for a fact us mamas appreciate that so much. Thank you so much for responding Juliet!❤️
Haha..my son have the same problem for long eating time. So now we set a timer for 30mins, after 30mins, we will take him out of the high chair no matter he is finished or not. But by doing this for long time, he knows the rules.
Dang you need more subscribers this channel is amazing.
Thank you! I'm working on it 😍

I think that just happens with toddlers. Their appetites are all over the place because they are growing so fast!

Where did you get the straw cup?
Sorry I'm just seeing this! The straw cup is from ZAK here's a link for them, there's so many designs! amzn.to/3Homap3
@@MamaTried Thanks! I can’t decide which one I want.
Are rolled oats the same as oatmeal?
No ma’am. Oatmeal is what’s made when the oats are cooked. Rolled oats are the raw version of it. 😊

That is a great idea! I’ll have to start doing that. Thank you ❤️
