They are good in the freezer for 3 months. I would defrost by microwaving for about a minute then putting it in the air fryer for a few minutes so they won't be soggy. You could also defrost in the oven at about 350 degrees I'm not sure on the time though since I haven't done it this way. I would assume 8-10 minutes but I would keep an eye on them for sure.
