People complaining about the price know nothing about steaks. The ribeye is one of the most expensive cuts because of its flavour and £28 for a ribeye, sauce and 2 sides in a restaurant is pretty good value looking at the size of the steak.

A ribeye steak meal cost me less than £7.50. I fry the ribeye in ghee and max crisp the chips and onion rings in my Ninja air fryer . Knocks spots off any overpriced restaurant.

Master Fryer in Queensferry, North Wales….get the fish savoury, chips are cooked proper…always a big line outside, massive pavement too for the Holy table😉💯

I always order the steak with sautéed mushrooms on top of the steak. I thought I heard the burger was going to have black pudding on it? I would be down for that!
If you need any repairs on your van i would recommend going to JP AUTOS in Armley, Leeds. They are a family run business and would highly recommend especially with VW camper vans.

Obviously it's a restaurant so it's more expensive. That being said, £2 worth of Onion rings, £1 worth of Chips, 50p worth of Mushroom sauce, £25 for a 250g Rib eye is too much.
I don’t agree but I know they use a markup across food ingredients usually 25% is the cost of ingredients in restaurant prices. So £25 sounds about right cause for 250g of ribeye from the butcher it would cost £6. As a consumer, it makes more sense to eat a steak at home as it’s so easy to make, eat the stuff you can’t make in restaurants.
That price for a steak is almost the same across the uk these days. I’m not a massive steak fan and it’s so inconsistent, but when its good it s amazing . But from my experience for a good steak , that’s what it now costs.
The staff came across as incredibly friendly, that adds so much to a restaurant.
