Replace the Spam (I guess cus its easy to store and quick to cook for roadside) for a thick cut crispy bacon slice (1/4 inch) and I think this man has created a near perfect breakfast bun. The cake bun looks fresh as anything and I wish i could try. Thanks for the video! Legendary as always :)

Everytime i go visit my dad, i drive past this van, I've never tried it, the lay by always looks a bit full when , so a bit further up A65 between Otley and Ilkley there's a trailer parked on the big lay by just past the big circle, the Best British Bacon Bar , i think it's called, always good from there, i always get 1 bacon + egg and 1 sausage + egg with a tea
I’m a big fan of yours - love your food reviews and this one is no exception. Had to laugh when it rained! Food looked fresh and good quality. The breakfast sandwich - wow! But, but, but! If you ever review tea or coffee I’ll be concerned. Leaving the tea bag in is a killer for me - after five minutes it isn’t strong, it’s stewed and naaasssty! And Starbucks? The company themselves admit they don’t use top quality beans but use grade B beans which they burn - yes, burn! - to give more (not better) flavour. I know Starbucks baristas and even a regional manager who won’t drink Starbucks coffee. Yuk! Keep on the food, great review, great looking food and fun to watch.
