- In this video I want to show you how to use the basic "wet-in-wet" technique to add blush to your anime character. I'll explain the technique, how to control the shape while keeping the soft edge, so the blush is in the right place with a soft look. I'll also show you how to add blush in a actual painting of Yor and share with you tips. If you're a beginner for watercolor painting, or having trouble controlling water when adding blush, I'm sure you'll find some useful information from this video. As usual, if you have any questions, let me know in the comment!

Master😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Very helpfull 😊
Won't the water reactivate the color in the face when you wet the area ?
Amazing tutorial btw!
good question! watercolor by nature works in a "layered" way. Putting the blush on top of the skin color is the "glazing" technique. The key is to make sure the base layer (skin) is completely dry and use watercolor paper. Most of the time the base layer will not be reactivated, unless you rub really hard and rub away the paper, or the base layer is really thick with visible paints at the surface of the paper.
@@ShuziArt Thank you for the explanation!! I did two paintings after this video and one of the blush came out really good!! Need some more practice I guess!
