it’s crazy seeing all the rides i’ve been on being rode on by bikes lol
a few years ago, my high school was moved to a newly built school building, and the old building for my high school was left sitting in the middle of town. recently, me and my friend brought our bikes there and rode throughout the old school (now a technical/ college based high school), and plenty of people passed by including local sheriffs, and yet nobody said a thing to us, and now the bench is chipped, there are tire marks on the wall, and throughout the campus as well. nobody cares about a school. but a waterpark? oh boy we need to get the press in on this!
water parks rides are not meant to 200lb of force on inches of surface contact.

I wonder why they never thought to build a park for bike riders similar to what they went to, it would be fun!
To able to ride down those slides, through tunnels and other unique features. They can charge customers an entry fee, offer bike rentals, bike gear rentals, have riders sign a waiver, even have shops to eat and drink at, this would essentially be a bike amusement park.

4 years later and I finally seeing this gem
I mean legally they have to re-test rides every year. Not saying what they did was right, but even if the area gets to much snow it causes the attractions to be put way over weight.. and since it's long island those slides go over weight every winter. Those bike tires were no worse on the slides than the snow and ice they get every single year. I agree they trespassed, grinded on some things plastic pegs or not. I just can't stand when companies claim how much they "lost" in a horrible incident, companies all the time over estimate damage from causes like this so they can get tons of insurance money. Just like when a bank is robbed and the robber is never caught they claim "A million dollars was stolen" whenever the guy might had got 100,000 at best, the insurance company has to pay them the million though, it's very common for heads of banks to pocket the other 900,000. This is no different guys, big companies get away with insurance fraud every day. More than likely tried getting them for 5 years in the fed too. If you want to see real crime, look towards multi billion dollar companies, they are the real law breakers, while us normal people can get thrown in jail for actual petty crimes.
