i feel lucky that i was raised to finish my food no matter what...even when i eat some food outside that does not meet my expectations, i’ll finish it because it’s just rude to not finish your food from where i’m from.
I felt bad but I appreciate the fact that this program shows the sides in the hospitality industry. That is reality, you cannot really please everybody. If some customers doesn't like the food, it only means there's a room for improvement. And improvement is always positive . 😉😉😉
음식을 전문으로 하지않고 프로그램에서 요리를하지만 최선을 다하는 윤사장님이라도 음식의 맛에 대해서 고민하고 눈물을 보일정도로 열정을 가진다. 근데 정작 자영업을 무작정 뛰어든 사장님들중에 과연 이러한 사람들이 얼마나 있을지 의문이다. 현재 코로나때문에 다들 요식업이 힘들긴 하지만 난 그 힘들어하는 사장님들이 지금 윤사장님처럼 자신의 음식에대해서 끝없이 연구하고 눈물을 흘릴정도의 애정을 가진 사장님들이 몇이나 있을지 의문스럽다.
korean food has alot of nutritional balance... and in that particular country, their food is more heavy and had more calories.... thats why they said that... but i think it depends on the person's taste buds... i have eaten korean food alot and they are really flavorful just mix the sauce that you need and everything is delicious ps. i also wish that i can eat other korean food... I live in the philippines so i can't really find an authentic korean food easily...

The chef was not really crying sadly 😂. She was just cutting onions, shedding tears 😅😅😅 and kept telling like she's regretting that she agreed to run a restaurant in this tv show 🤣🤣🤣. She is so cute^^;; And then 8:12 Seojin : This onion has very spicy smell. I wanna take a few when I go back to Korea. Chef : Yelling madly " What for!!!" @@brumomento8989 There are actually 2 sauces... The spicy chili paste (for those love spicy food) and soy sauce (for those who can't handle spiciness)... That's the reason why the chefs don't mix it beforehand,,, since people have different tolerance to spiciness and have diff preferences...
Es difícil dar a conocer la comida coreana a otros países, bibimbap se ve fácil, pero toma tiempo preparar entrar un platillo fresco, saltear verduras no es fast food, comida coreana toma tiempo de preparación aveces muchas mesas y cliente aveces no entiende, no todo 빨리 빨리 cocinar es con amor, mostrar una poquito de Corea, me encanta esto.
Me dio tanta tristeza verla llorar ...es como aver visto ver llorar a mi abuela ..no creo que este mal la comida creo que la señora no entro com buen semblante se le notaba esñn sus ojos ...así lo note...no he ido a corea pero me encanta hacer platinos de ellos que veo x youtuber...eso pasa aveces animos

Don't be so hateful over the costumers. Just because they didn't finish the food doesn't mean it taste bad.. I think the food just don't match their taste and i considered them as the polite one because their trying to comfort the head chef and compliment the food.. Some people just like the strong taste food, and some are not, so it depends on the person.. Same for me, when everybody said ttokbokki and bulgogi are ultimate killer for beginner who want to try korean food, but it's not working for me, but bibimbap is definitely killer for me tho (no hate please.. Just my opinion ✌😄)

외국인들을 위하는 게 아니고, 비빔밥이 문서에 기록이 보일 때부터 고추장과 간장, 둘 중 하나를 넣어 먹게 되어 있습니다. 비빔밥인 안동 버전이 바로 헛제사밥인데, 이 헛제사밥은 아예 간장만 넣게 되어 있구요. 또한 아무 소스도 넣지 않고 그냥 탕국 같은 것만 자작하게 넣어 먹는 비빔밥도 1800년 대에 동시에 시작된 우리의 비빔밥입니다. 요즘은 간장도 게간장까지 나오는 등 너무나 다양한 맛들이 있습니다. 그저 내 의견일 뿐이지만 비빔밥 소스로 반드시 고추장이 아니면 안 된다는 건 다시 한번 비빔밥의 문서 기록 내용과 유래를 잘 알아야 할 것 같습니다. 그래야 님의 말씀처럼 외국인들에게 바르게 전해줄 수 있을 테니까요.
It is not the food, it is what each country learns culturally. Asian food is made up of a lot of vegetables and meats, on the other hand, places like Spain, Mexico, etc. .. are more flour and meat and very little vegetables, that's why. Korean and Japanese food is very rich, what happens are countries that hardly get used to it, on the other hand, for example in Mexico it is very pleasant to eat Asian food for its sweet salty and chili combination. In Mexico they love Asian food. no es la comida, es lo que aprendemos cada pais culturalmente. la comida de Asia es de mucha verduras y carnes, en cambio lugares como España, Mexico etc.. son mas de harinas y carne y poca muy poca verdura , es por eso. La comida Coreana, Japonesa es muy rica , lo que pasa que son paices que casi no acostubran, en cambio por ejemplo en Mexico es muy del agrado comer comida de Asia por su convinacion dulce salado y chile. En Mexico encanta la comida Asiática.
Creo que es la diversidad de comidas , no debe sentirse mal es como todo para algunas personas será buenísimo! Pero para otras ... felicidad que a la mayoría de personas les gustó su comida ...
You can not please everybody...as long as 80-90 % of your customer like it..there is this type of difficult customer even if its good they will say negative. Understand them coZ this are the type of people who are not happy in there life.

When I cook for my roommate and then they comment average or not upto my expectation then the next day I just disappear before they come back from work n simple led them cook by themselves n fill up there stomach.well then I guess it works in my favour n they appreciate it from the next day...

Don't take things personal, there are some people don't like some savour or taste. Maybe it is their first time tasting those dishes. If the 99.5 % like your dishes , it means that You are doing your Best . Don't cry.

Well its true bibimbap is a salad and not everyone can finish a giant bowl of it thats why if youre new to food just need small amounts for tasting like other customers are doing sharing and trying different dish
Seriously me&couz try the beef bibimbap.... And the taste is new to me and at first I just don't like the taste and my couz like it's delicious to her..... But my second try to eat bibimbap I enjoy eat it.. I think they need 2nd try, 1st try is not enough to judge the foods new to you or to ourselves.... #appreciateallfoods

Actually there are some authentic korean restaurant in makati, tomas morato, and uptown. It’s just kind of a little pricey 😅.
It pains me to see people who doesn’t know how to eat bibimbap. You have to mix it with the sauce and mix it very well before you eat it!

Asian food is made up of a lot of vegetables and meats, on the other hand, places like Spain, Mexico, etc. .. are more flour and meat and very little vegetables, that's why. Korean and Japanese food is very rich, what happens are countries that hardly get used to it, on the other hand, for example in Mexico it is very pleasant to eat Asian food for its sweet salty and chili combination.
In Mexico they love Asian food.

La comida Coreana, Japonesa es muy rica , lo que pasa que son paices que casi no acostubran, en cambio por ejemplo en Mexico es muy del agrado comer comida de Asia por su convinacion dulce salado y chile. En Mexico encanta la comida Asiática.
Creo que es la diversidad de comidas , no debe sentirse mal es como todo para algunas personas será buenísimo! Pero para otras ... felicidad que a la mayoría de personas les gustó su comida ...

You can not please everybody...as long as 80-90 % of your customer like it..there is this type of difficult customer even if its good they will say negative. Understand them coZ this are the type of people who are not happy in there life.

When I cook for my roommate and then they comment average or not upto my expectation then the next day I just disappear before they come back from work n simple led them cook by themselves n fill up there stomach.well then I guess it works in my favour n they appreciate it from the next day...

비빔밥은 무조건 고추장을 올려야 함. 간장이 왠말이냐. 고추장따로 간장따로 이건 아니지요.
서양사람들중 고추장에 거부감을 느끼는사람들이 되게 많아요. 항공사에서도 외국인들을 위한 기내식 비빔밥에는 간장소스를 쓴대요

비빔밥이 벌겋게 비벼져야 전 진짜루 비빔밥같이 느껴지더라구요. 외국인이니 매운거 전혀 못먹는 사람이 많다는건 알겠는데 자세히 생각해보니

대구에선 찜닭도 고추가루많이 들어가구 매운청양고추도 넣는데 안동에선 간장으로 찜닭을 만드니. 생각이 짧았다는 생각이 듭니다^^

어렸을땐 고추장범벅해서 먹었는데 신기하게 성인되고부턴 짭잘한 간장에 비벼먹는게 맛있더라구요 그래도 전은 초장에 찍어먹어야해..

간장을 놓는 게 외국인들을 위하는 게 아니고,
비빔밥이 문서에 기록이 보일 때부터 고추장과 간장, 둘 중 하나를 넣어 먹게 되어 있다고 하네요.
비빔밥의 안동 버전이 바로 헛제사밥인데, 이 헛제사밥은 아예 간장만 넣게 되어 있구요.
또한 아무 소스도 넣지 않고 그냥 탕국 같은 것만 자작하게 넣어 먹는 비빔밥도
1800년 대에 동시에 시작된 우리의 비빔밥이라고 합니다.
요즘은 간장도 게간장까지 나오는 등 너무나 다양한 맛들이 있습니다.
그저 내 의견일 뿐이지만 비빔밥 소스로 반드시 고추장이 아니면 안 된다는 건
다시 한번 비빔밥의 문서 기록 내용과 유래를 잘 알아야 할 것 같습니다.

미국 3년, 캐나다 6년 살다 왔는데요, 의외로 싫어하는 사람 많답니다.
전 비빔밥 소스보다, 비빔밥을 젓가락으로 먹는데,
젓가락질 배우고 싶다는 사람이 있지만 우리도 밥은 숟가락으로 먹는다고 말해 주는 사람이 없어서
그게 늘 아쉬워요.

Well its true bibimbap is a salad and not everyone can finish a giant bowl of it thats why if youre new to food just need small amounts for tasting like other customers are doing sharing and trying different dish
Seriously me&couz try the beef bibimbap.... And the taste is new to me and at first I just don't like the taste and my couz like it's delicious to her.....
But my second try to eat bibimbap I enjoy eat it..
I think they need 2nd try, 1st try is not enough to judge the foods new to you or to ourselves....
