It seems that some owners at Skye Ranch were caught off guard by rising CDD costs and are not happy about it. Apparently there is a variable portion to the CDD that is subject to increases. My question is if this variable portion to the CDD pretty much common practice across communities?
That is a question for the tax office. I wouldn’t know for “all communities”. If it can happen for one I’m sure it happens in others and yet I can’t say “all”.
