Lived here 20 years, everyone I know has at least one rental house. They are making tons of money. Way better than the stock market!

As a proud resident of Lakewood ranch Sarasota I can say this place truly is heaven on earth like the entire place from Marina jack all the way to Lakewood ranch and all other communities that’s part of Sarasota it’s just perfect and everything is so convenient literally everything you could possibly need is within half an hour of driving from your house it’s just perfection and living there is an absolute blessing and if all the amenities and schools and so on wasn’t enough of all the beautiful nature and oceans and beaches etc etc wasn’t enough then you’ll be delighted by how kind the community is it’s like a giant family. I absolutely love it there

We will be relocating to SRQ in two years. The only thing we don't know is what area. We are heading down in two weeks to start searching and vacation on Siesta.

i wanted to live in this area of flordia but i heard about the red tide and it turned me off. Sarasota and the surrounding areas are very beautiful but I'm wondering what would be the point of moving there if you can't enjoy the beauty with the red tide stinking everything up and ruining the beaches? which is the very reason many people want to come here. i might consider it if the red tide was never coming back but it seems to be something that will continue to happen every so often
If you talk to people who have lived here their entire lives, 60+ years they say they had red tide back then and it something that comes in cycles every several years. Some years its extremely faint and you don't even know it was there and other years its more noticeable and is around a bit longer. The only reason it seems like it just happened or is a new occurrence is because of social media and the news.
I like Sarasota FL. Definitely was a great place to invest over ten years ago. Could buy the whole place downtown too. It was sinking. Had it's upcoming too, but I don't know how it's doing now. First place showing, precisely downtown. That's what I mean. The Ringling private art museum and home, is one of the best and unique in Florida. Florida has unique homestead and tax laws. Siesta Key is very nice. Extraordinarily pretty area of Florida. When knock Florida as if worse than California? I don't know what the hell talking about. It's also better, much better on The Gulf of Mexico.

I don't know the area so it can get confusing. I live in Tampa for 4 years downtown and so I'm really familiar with that area but I've never lived in Southwest Florida how far down. So yeah I will definitely be contacting you and hopefully you might know someone who is hiring as well :-) thank you so much

Completely mis-titled IMO. Sounds much more like a tourist video, but is more about buildings with some areas included.
