Get a Malossi multivar and a malossi torq driver and get it set up on a test bench, some lighter weights in the vario and the torq driver will get you a lot more acceleration, the malossi multivar vario wil get you 10mph more top speed as well.
and if that's not enough, get a bigger bore cilinder kit from malossi or polini (gets you up to 190cc). In the netherlands we put these engines on 50cc versions of the fly, I've seen ones that get up to 130kph and pull auto wheelies whithout much tuning

I ride a honda vision 110 I belive for work, and goes 65mph alright suppose for a ped anyway 🤔

i have the same ped but it wont go above 45 any help?

Yes. This scooter is piaggio name but it is made by zongshen. I have one and it is very reliable. I only had to replace my mirrors after i crashed😂
