    Super stuff.
    Does this change for more hyper mobile folk? So pelvic eccentric movement tissues seems complex; is this floor lifting but not compressing. Is it’s automatic, not requiring intentional focus like a kegal?

      This type of drill creates a reflexive eccentric load on the pelvic floor musculature. Doesn't really change based on mobility level.

      @@drbeaubeard So you don't have to focus on pelvic floor, since it is reflexive? It goes with abdominal wall automatically? Thank you for your videos btw.

      @@annareiterova812 by focusing on breath/IAP you are focusing on pelvic floor, also...only two of the PV muscles are of conscious control.
