I believe it was only a portion of the deep venous system that was explained in the opposite and not the entire drainage system in the video.
And it’s obvious he explained it in that manner for simplicity purposes as the deep veins corresponds to that in the arterial system.

But I did it for simplicity, as I found this way to be easier to study. I just share based on how I find things the easiest to study =) Hope it helped nevertheless!
