    Thank you for these challenges, I took an unexpected break, but I am back now. I truly believe that this helps me throughout my life journey. I feel more grounded and grateful each and every day. I am excited to finish this challenge with all the love and positive intentions and to move onto the next challenge 🙏🏽

    Funny you know a few week ago I we found a little yellow ferret up on the hills no ones has claimed him so this is his forever home I named him manipura as I've been working on this chakra great practice feel energized for the day 💛

    Thanks Andrew for the good challenge today! That 3rd one felt so gentle, nearly relaxing, after the two intense ones :-) Tricky to do them on the floor without a mat but managed! Have a wonderful day, sending Namaste this Monday morning from Rekawa beach.

    Day 13 Complete! Question, for the first and second exercise, as we are raising our legs, should our feet be touching at all when side by side, or should there be a gap between them so they are not touching? When the exercise became challenging, I found myself stacking my feet or putting them one on top of another to try and hold the position.

      The feet can be together or separate, but I would not suggest that you cross them and use one to support the other, as this can lead to imbalance. If you need to make it easier, you can bend the knee a bit. But try to keep both legs, and both sides of the core, working equally ;)

    Great kriya. Challenging as always. I notice I feel tension and focus in my upper back and shoulders around the base of my neck during breathe of fire. Where do others fatigue first when performing it? Could that be where I hold my stress?

      Yes, it's very likely that this is where you're holding stress. Breath of fire is a great exercise because it will go exactly where it needs to. Sometimes it's no problem at all and I feel like I could do it effortlessly for hours. Other times, however, if my diet hasn't been great the day before, I may feel it more in my liver. Sometimes my shoulders, if I'm more stressed. Sometimes the heart center if there are more emotions.
      What I would encourage you to do, is wherever you're feeling tension, or fatigue, while doing this practice is focus there. Try to relax the area as much as possible so the extra prana can flow where it needs.
