I'm a firefighter and paramedic. I can roughly break this down. For something like this you'll need at least two rigs, probably two busses, and a water rescue team. For just the water rescue team to deploy, it costs the county roughly 5-10k. You have the rescue team bring em in and everyone is there for support. So you have two busses one for the patient, and one in case a crew member gets injured. All of those units are out of service for 2+ hours. They can't take calls for 2+ hours.

Xqc is partially right, but also taking an extremist position here. You can't try someone for attempted murder if they jokingly convinced someone to jump off a dock. There's a few tidbits of information missing. 1. If this person was willing to jump in you should probably easily assume they can swim, if you decoded the first part of xqcs speech you would've caught this point. 2. Intent to kill is required to charge for attempted murder. There is no intent to kill (xqcs second point) 3. Assuming someone is mentally ill is often disrespectful and this individuals body language and actions gave the implications she knew how to swim. Xqcs main point once picked apart is that there's no reason the woman streaming would be able to know outside of hindsight that the woman about to jump in couldn't swim. And that's the point he's struggling to make. Xqc speaks another language and takes a bit of decoding but he isn't strictly wrong.
And if this woman could swim, then there was no reasonable danger to this woman's life and then she just swims to shore and nobody ever talks about it again. The female streamer is an awful person but no physical harm was truly intended here.

Xqc is partially right, but also taking an extremist position here. You can't try someone for attempted murder if they jokingly convinced someone to jump off a dock. There's a few tidbits of information missing. 1. If this person was willing to jump in you should probably easily assume they can swim, if you decoded the first part of xqcs speech you would've caught this point.
2. Intent to kill is required to charge for attempted murder. There is no intent to kill (xqcs second point)
3. Assuming someone is mentally ill is often disrespectful and this individuals body language and actions gave the implications she knew how to swim.
Xqcs main point once picked apart is that there's no reason the woman streaming would be able to know outside of hindsight that the woman about to jump in couldn't swim. And that's the point he's struggling to make. Xqc speaks another language and takes a bit of decoding but he isn't strictly wrong.
And if this woman could swim, then there was no reasonable danger to this woman's life and then she just swims to shore and nobody ever talks about it again. The female streamer is an awful person but no physical harm was truly intended here.
