One guy in that neighborhood, for example, produced frames for million dollar art pieces. Another is in horse racing. Another owns a PE firm for restaurant groups. So specific, but they're the absolute best at it.
The strawberry family damn when she said remember what's important in life family and faith. Brought a tear to my eye. Wealthy people are often the most genuine humble people around. Why they are blessed.
No. We as a society need to stop thinking that wealth is linked to being blessed, because it makes the opposite true - that people who do not have money are not blessed or somehow not favored by God, which is ridiculous. Those who were kind enough to open their doors were the kind ones. Rich or poor, you will find people who will be jerks and those who will be kind.
I wonder if she used slave labor to have her strawberries picked, lots of strawberry farms in CA have horrible conditions and lots of migrant workers are out there breaking their backs in the sun with little pay. If they didn’t treat their employees well, then their home is paid for on the hard physical labor of others making pennies a day. While they suffer with nothing to take home, the “entrepreneurs” get to sit back in a mansion.
