I saw the title and thought what? but after watching I got it, I was reading in Isaiah chapter 53 'He had no special beauty or form to make us notice him; there was nothing in his appearance to make us desire him'. He was just a person but what he did how he loved that whats unique that whats different... He gives more then we do other things dont.. such love is overwhelming!

It's very true that following Jesus and giving your life to Him is the way to true joy... but it's one of those challenging truths that you basically can't see until you experience it. There's so much context that we don't have when we have not yet experienced a real relationship with Jesus, that it looks ridiculous to those on the outside. All I can say to those who may be on the outside and reading this is... Your life can be transformed by relationship with Jesus in ways that you probably can't comprehend yet. When you are born again (see John 3 in the Bible), your spirit will come alive and you will begin feeling things and experiencing aspects of life in a way that you never have before. It's like being colorblind and then seeing color for the first time, and it's fantastic.
I just want to add: Even this can take time. If you are new to the faith and don't yet know what it means to follow Jesus, you will have times where the enemy gets into your mind and causes you to doubt. But do not let this stop you from pursuing him-- if you continue to follow faithfully, God will provide the tools you need to overcome.
Gabriella McDonald Yes, the rate at which these things happen and the rate at which you start to see your life change in a radical (but very good) way is dependent on part upon A) the amount of time and energy that you pour into your relationship with God (I guess that's how it works with any relationship, really), and B) the number of strong believers you surround yourself with. If you're going it on your own, the odds are that your growth may be slower or more sporadic. If you're surrounded by other people who are also passionately pursuing their own relationships with God, though, that can really help to spur you on in your relationship with God. This could happen in a church, but there's no guarantee that you will get this in any given church. It's all about what Christians call the "spiritual hunger level" of the people. Being a Christian for a long time doesn't mean anything if you don't have any desire to grow. I've seen people who have only been a Christian for a very short time but who are much further along in their growth than others who have been Christians for many decades. It really helps to have other people around you who have already been through what you're going through and who can show you through their own example that there's more. There's *always* more with God, but sometimes we need to see it in others before we even try going there ourselves.

We often overthink the concept of surrendering our lives to Christ, but like you said, He's not asking for anything more than what our relationships and jobs ask of us. You really nailed it. Some people say once you believe in Jesus & have faith in him no matter what you do or what sins you commit you will be saved no matter what. While other thinks if you are in sin even if you do believe you will not be saved. So I wanted to know what you believe. At the moment I'm confused & don't know which one is the true gospel.

I am Gali, in the year 1980 I lost all my hopes, I became a thief and club dancer. At that time I heard about Christ, the Lord spoke with me though the Scripture. Can you do a video on the differene between the Church and the store house, and how honesty and transparency should be done with tithing as in everything else. Also how churches should use the tithe to the store house to buy land, build property and give it away to church goers, instead of buying houses from banks which are basically store houses.

I am trying to stay with Jesus, but after 4 - 5 days, I feel like my energy starts draining. I find it difficult to pray, and I have hard times reading the Bible. How do I keep up and follow Jesus?
Ex-atheist here. I thank the Lord for showing me humility. God bless you all my brothers and sisters.
I've really been struggling in devotion and just spending time in the Word and with Jesus. It's been hard reading my bible and trying to apply the words to my life. Anybody have any advice?
