Looks so yummy ! Nvr tot of adding sweet potato..good idea.. but i guess i wud pressure cook the sweet potato separately so can reduce the cooking time...wat do u think?

Thank you Shera.😊 You may want to pressure cook the mung beans as the beans are the ones which takes longer to be cooked. Cut sweet potatoes takes very less time to be cooked. Also, you may not want to over cook the sweet potatoes.😉
