Thank you for keeping you language clean and respectful. That means a lot.
I love the Roc. You are very thorough in how yu explain things. Great job
U ar very humble,low speak type,wow just like thats,im sure u not pretend,cuz u ar what u ar,awsome .
As a kid, I collected the brochures for the Firehawks, Cobra Mustangs and Corvettes. CHMSL means "Centrally High Mounted Stop Light". I only ever seen it mentioned in SLP's brochure for the gold and black Firehawk in 2002. I have two '86's with that ugly 3rd brake light and was never a fan of the '90-92's because of that coming back. If I built a Firehawk clone? No Banshee nose, with the 18" Ronals in Medium Metallic Blue and a rear mount turbo.
Good progress. Love seeing the Barracuda in the back ground.
Me too!
I need this motor in my IROC!!
I went with the "Hooker Black Heart" (BH) Trans cross-member however, mine was for an automatic. However, the automatic BH has a 3rd bolt hole you add to the frame with a welded nut backing plate inside the cars frame, seems a lot stronger. Additionally, the BH has a built on torque arm mount for those of us staying with the GM style rear-end design. Very good stuff.
The hawks transmission mount should be fine in normal applications. I built my own for my firebird because I have inner subframe connectors and couldn't use the hawks. But I used the same flat stock steal that mount uses. Now the one thing is the rear suspension suspension, if you keep the torque arm that can put stress on it, but the transmission mount is the weak point it will tear before the hawks mount bends. If you want to reinforce them turn the flat stock into an I beam it will remove any flex in it, but will also limit clearance running the exhaust next to the transmission.
Also those clamshell mounts are side specific on LS applications, not positive on lt and I didn't notice if they were right or not in the video but if they are backwards the engine will be angled.
Looks great homie…. Look’n forward to the whole build 🤘
FYI, on some IR impacts the low setting has more torque than the high setting.
U got what it takes, sure beutifull when all dones,i patiently wait for it,awsome
This project is going to be bad ass! New sub 👍
