Dialga is the physical manifestation of time so it can control ALL and I mean ALL of time in all reality
Pretty much every legendary is like this so it's gonna be real hard to beat em unless your fully above said concept
Same reason why Hippos and Lion are so powerful humans can only do so much against creatures with better attitudes and when you give them elemental powers shit gets crazy think about Groudon and Kyogre in their true primal forms they passively end life in any region they’re in or Necrozma who has a move called _Light that Burns the Sky_ or Yveltal a Pokemon that by its own biology cannot permanently die as if you do somehow kill it it’ll wipe out all life near it and resurrect itself even non legendary Pokemon like Tyranitar level mountains for fun or when they get pissed
We can ignore the idea of cursed energy being ghost type and Regigigas can still break infinity with aerial ace, an attack that never misses, so gojo is cooked even then
Regigigas pulls continents in slowstart and after that 5 turns are done, regigigas put dialga and palkia in a one hand chokehold at the same time, sure they’re avatars, but they’re still transcendent of the multiverse.(I’m not joking, read the adventures manga)
