Great Video! I own a 2011 Hilux turbo diesel with 200k kms and it is starting and running like clock work maybe because i change oil and filter every 5k and fuel filter every 10k. At what stage should i think about servicing or changing the pump and injectors?

Hi, to be honest if your using good quality diesel fuel, keeping good maintenance of you vehicle. Then replacement of the pump and injectors may never need to happen :)

Ahh Denso, congratulations on making a product incapable of dealing with common Australian diesel. 3 sets of injectors in a 120 series d4d prado by 130,000ks and now due for another set at 70,000 in my 200 series. Soon to be $19000 I’ve spent on Denso injectors and probably sent your share price up in the process. Diamond like coating my backside

Hi Frank, I'm sorry to hear you are having so much trouble. There are a couple of factors which could be at play here, and reasons why your injectors are failing: 1. What were the vehicle symptoms?
      2. Why did you need to replace the injectors in the first place?
      3. Are you buying diesel from the same place?
      4. If the fuel is contamination the whole system including tanks and lines needs to be flushed and also filters changed, was this done?
