@@Becker511This comment gave me pause so I just double checked, in ASA my otter can hold as many multiples of each artifact as it has weight for. Ive got about 6 varieties and 4 of some, 3 of others.
They help with hatching eggs too. Put your otters on the ground and throw fertilized eggs near them and the otters act like air conditioners incubating eggs.
Depending on environment 107 could be deadly here in ga being outside working in the middle of summer with a 70% humidity and 107° can be very deadly of heat stroke
You should do a video on taming otters.. I know they are passive tames but if you want to cheese it you build a 3 foundation long box and grapple hook the otter and drag it into the box and just bring it fish that way so it’s easier and safer to tame it
dimorph/otter are the best. dimoprph cos it can distract big creatures and damage them without to much risk and if u get a swarm of them they can rek alphas. 2nd reason for dimorph ios if they are on agressive they can protect u from microraptors.

So get an otter and have him attack fish on the off chance he gives you 1 pearl, or harvest oysters which gives you at least 18x that much with much less effort.
Im playing ASA on PS5. My otter can be set to attack target, or aggressive, etc. I have yet to ever have it to bring me anything. I even put it on following like in this video. Any ideas?
The otter I miss my otter I always kept mines on a wooden cage but one day I took it fishing for pearls and a f””””” alpha raptor 😭😭😭 till this day she has a tomb in my base, Rip Otty the fisher you will never be forgotten
Ark is full of exploits remove the trees the rocks the water and your PC will run fine, and you can see other players Ez use INI Ez Kill in PvP no one can hide from you and you can use meshing and exploits to make dinos breed faster😋😛🤑🤑🤑😝
I’ve been using the otter ever ark survival evolved, fun fact, if you said it on aggressive on turret mode, and put them on your shoulder(this also applies to other pets), It will attack dinos in front of you without you getting hit, now they might’ve changed it but it’s super convenient in caves a lot of Dino’s the otter is the first thing I always grab when I start! 🦦
You forgot the other great bonus skill only an otter has... They can carry multiple artifacts!
The best reason to have an otter, IMO

@@Clay44444its more the amount of melee dmg the otter has than how many. If u make a crazy otter it can be as strong as 5 acs

use an argy. put the otter in the Argy's mouth. EZ tame.

@@comfortsnail6342 they are pretty rare, it takes a few scans for me to find one, i usually use k mode to look under the water while flying over

Otters are not important other than cuteness and heat/cold resistance imo.
They are important especially if you’re going for artifacts you can put as many as you want in the otter
