I'm not sure if it's region-locked or it would depend on a specific set of options on the Lenovo website, but there is an option to get this with a 220W power brick. And the combination of the i7 and the RTX4060 supports around 220W of maximum power draw. No need for special software for that, you mainly just have to set it to performance mode in the Lenovo Advantage software. did you upgrade? is it works?
@@hakanferreftw2408 I bought it but I just upgrade it to 32 GB coz the company suggest 32 GB and that's enough for me, But There're people that Upgrade it to 64 GB and they don't have any problem So you can but It's not suggested from the Lenovo
Hi, which RAM sticks did you get? They are 5600mhz if I'm not mistaken but wanna make sure anyways.
Can the laptop be usb c charged? Thanks
It can, but I think the charger has to be over 65 watts. The usb c charger is sold separately.
i have the same laptop with ryzen 7 amd rtx is that good?
Depends really but any kind of integrated graphics has limits so I would rather have an RTX 20 OR 3050 TBH
hi bossing! im going to buy this same laptop? what ram should i buy? is there recommended brand or something? sorry im a long time pc user
I have the 4050 and 12450H Variant and I believe same reminders lang din when it comes to desktop ram.
1. Buy only from trusted stores, bought mine (crucial rband) from ITW
2. Try to match to stock ram in terms of speed and capacity. I personally have mismatched ram, 8gb (5600mhz ) +16gb (4800mhz). 4800mhz lang din kasi ang 12450H and I planning on adding another stick of 16gb hence the mismatch but I have not encountered any problems.
@@vectivuz1858noted on this. medyo torn ako now if legion5 2023 naka 3070 or yung same specs na andito sa vid, wala raw kasi stock sa lenovo sm north nung i7 4060.

Bro I need your help. The laptop's refresh rate is capped at 144hz and games that run at 60fps looks like 30fps
Is there any way of fixing this. Note there's no option for 60hz in the settings it only shows 144
Turn on g-sync from the nvidia control panel, so that your display matches it's refresh rate with the GPU output
@@justarandomguy4688 I've already done that but it still looks the same.
Also it's now skipping frames every time I launch a game
@@Insanity4real you sure it's using your Nvidia GPU ?
Either that or might just be a defect
@@justarandomguy4688 YeA I'm using the dedicated GPU, do you have discord or something so I show you the issue more in depth
Can anyone help me, please? I have LOQ 15IRH8, i5-12450H, RAM 16, nVidia GeForce RTX 4060. In games such as PUBG B, WoWS, when I scroll the mouse from left to right or vice versa at a medium pace I see some microlags. It's irritating and inconvenient. I have all drivers updated through Lenovo and Windows updates as well as Lenovo Vantage (chose the Balanced mode, AI+ is disabled, it's very noisy and doesn't solve my problem) . Is i5 processor too weak for the GPU? Am I missing some tuning/ software? Has anyone experienced micro delays/lags/freezes in games? Thanks!
Plug it in

@@KevinEvangelista Thanks, I was asking for research purposes…
Hay can i ask you if the LOQ 15Irh8 but core i5 gen 12 version has the same metal and same custom of the laptop you have?
Please answer
Hello! Yes, all configurations of the LOQ 15IRH8 should have the same body / case materials across the board. The only configurable / customizable parts of the laptop are the internal specs, keyboard, and the display.
@@KevinEvangelista one last thing because I'm really confused

about the note about the low voltage... is it too low? does it offer software that upvolts it? or, is it even OK to upvolt it for a regular 3 hour session?
thank you. it was very helpful and its very nice to see a new review about it online (old reviews usually dont reply back). im in a 3rd world country and this is considered expensive, so i wanted to be super sure before investing in it. thanks again!
And yes, it's OK to run it at that wattage for a regular 3-hour gaming session-- if you don't mind your room getting a bit hot. haha!
Thank you very much for the kind words! I'm glad you appreciate the effort I put into the review. 😀

Why do all reviewers say "hmmmmm plastic laptops..." - what else could they be made from? wood? cheese?
...metal?
Although now that you've mentioned it, I'd like to see a laptop made from cheese. It won't help that I'm lactose intolerant, but that never stopped me from eating four cheese pizza
@@KevinEvangelista same here.....on both counts haha
