I think you forgot to add Cinebench and Geekbench benchmark on screen in post edit because it didn't appear at all. Can also add 3D mark Time spy and give a remark if GPU CPU score matches with general expected performance, or if its underpowered. Would help immensely. 1. Yes the laptop can comfortably run and stream games at 1080p 2. The thermals are decent but the fan gets loud on Max load 3. The 2k 165 hz version is better but depends if you really want a higher resolution display

These are not problems specific to Lenovo LOQ, all laptops and PCs with Intel 13th and 14th generation processors have problems. A problem that is generally known and discussed on YT.
