I was at my grandmother’s house and I finally had access to the photo drawer. I was looking through it and found one of her Bobby pins. She passed almost five years ago. I just had a moment of looking at it and realizing at some point she must have been wondering where all her Bobby pins were disappearing to, and I’d just found one of the stragglers. I’m going to use it as my lucky Bobby pin now.

Elvisneedsboats Bennett What is African threading? Yes I am white. And the worst kind....old lady white woman. But I love all things African. And I truly love Viv’s videos!! So what is African threading? Where can I see an example?
@@blondelebanese9922 it's Ok. African threading is a technique of stretching the hair out straight without heat or damage to the hair. The hair is sectioned and a thread is anchored at the root of the hair and tightly wound around the hair while pulling the hair taut and strait the length of the hair and left for either overnight or a few days. This can be worn as a protective style or the string removed to reveal the stretched length of the hair. Like a no heat blowout.
Thank you for not giving up. Some people would just attempt-to-bash. Instead of ACTUALLY contributing to an idea. I LOVE your personality, true vibes, and the mix of native language. Please FOREVER keep all THREE.
I use to do this trick in high school . I had permed hair back then...and she made it more complicated than it had to be with all of those parts lol. Just one ponytail and the hair directly under it you leave free no hairpins needed. I'm bad at explaining but it's simple. Lol you did good for thick and long naturally beautiful hair
I absolutely loved this video even though I have caucasian hair I cant stop watch your videos because youre so great! But just a little tip, though I doubt you have any problems with it when you have such textured hair, but at a bobby pin the “wavy” side is actually supposed to be towards your scalp! It sticks a lot better then and wont glide out!
Parva Actually, you just have straight hair. Not just Caucasian, fun fact; some Caucasians have kinkier hair than me. And I'm a fully coloured individual.
I saw the other video before seeing this one. You can't call it click bait. It was sheer brilliance. Thanks to you for doing all the stuff we want to try, but for what ever reason, we don't. You definitely have a fun channel.
the hair gel she uses must be magic bc she uses a generous amount in every video and I don't think I've seen a video where the container was lower than 3/4 full. tbh it makes me want to get that gel lol
I watched the same video like this chick is lying. But at the end I was like yes. But I have fluffy hair lol didn’t think it would work. But you did your thing like always 💞
Girl I thought this would be just the two ponytail method but damn. That one never worked for me, you could always see the lower ponytail, and I'd just have two curly poofs. This changed my hair life. Especially your little tip to pin up the bottom, it brings up some volume so the tip of the triangle doesn't make the ends look thin. It made my ponytail look longer *and* thicker, this is a miracle. I just separated the triangle, tied it out of the way with an elastic, then collected all the surrounding hair into the main ponytail and released the triangle. Finish with a pin.
viv you are one of my favorite youtubers! i love that you do everything on your natural hair and it's always beautiful, your personality just makes every video 10 x better
It turned out perfect!!! Your hair is so beautiful, surprised this tutorial worked but I think natural hair made this look POP even more than the original 😍😍😍 gorgeous look, stunning hair and beautiful woman! 💖
I like your channel so much because you always take hairstyles done on different texture/length hair and just do them anyway which helps to show me how those styles can work on my hair too
Hey viv hair therapy. I love you boo. Keep up the good work 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. I follow sadora Paris as well, her hair is actually natural and very curly but her hair in that video is straight from getting her hair colored and silk pressed at the salon not too long before doing this tutorial, I think it would’ve been cool if she would’ve done this same tutorial on her curly hair as well it would’ve definitely been bomb too. This is a great unique hack definitely.
This makes sense. This how how you extend your pony tails. I do this with the half up half down look, but instead of leaving the bottom out I put it in a pony tail too. Your video was great!!!!!
