  • If you’ve ever thought of opening a fast food franchise, you have plenty of options to choose from. Every chain has different requirements, but if start-up money is your biggest concern, your best bet may be Chick-fil-A. Other restaurants ask for tens of thousands of dollars up front, but Chick-fil-A only asks for a flat $10,000. However, they are extremely selective when choosing who gets to own a franchise, so you should prepare yourself for a lengthy process. Is it worth it once you do get the job? Let’s take a look at how much Chick-fil-A franchise owners really make per year.

      Sure, problem is you already have to be loaded to get one. I think 200k is a bit low for what a Chikfila owner typically makes.

    The one in my city must be coining money faster than the US Government. I don’t know what their franchise costs are. But they have multiple drive in windows, and it’s common to see cars lined up outside their shopping center even after their closing hours. They will continue to take drive in orders until the last car. I don’t know how they ever go home. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life.

I know that someone will say Chicken Do they have other things besides Chicken? Any Breakfast items? If someone will let me know I will really appreciate the information that they give.

      in reality not much as you think compared to the time put in. the franchise makes a cut on everything they sell and then there is commission to the owner on top. you have to buy almost everything from the brand.

    • @jillenabean
      @jillenabean 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You don’t pay for the land, building, etc. you only pay the initial $10 k fee. If you’re chosen, Chik fil a pays for building the franchise. You also don’t ever own the franchise. You can’t sell when you retire.

    My local operator informed me that most (if not all) operators are required to have at least a four-year degree before owning a store.
    Edit: I could be wrong about the degree thing, but I'm not surprised if it's true.

    • @roydodge4340
      @roydodge4340 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's absolutely true. It's technically not required, but you can basically kiss your chances goodbye if you do not have at least a bachelor's degree.

    • @codycurnutte7084
      @codycurnutte7084 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They want competency and someone organized enough and forward thinking enough to run a store. Requiring education is a quick way to weed out the majority of people who are too stupid or don’t have the drive or reliability to get the job done.

      He nets 400k per year.
      I get a very minimum 60k in passive from my Airbnbs under full management. (I have no debts)
