That shot on the raccoon seemed strange no camera angle of it or scope cam. Strange reaction to it as well different to your normal kills I must say. Makes me wonder if you just shot a trapped raccoon beforehand.

I love the amount of effort flair puts into these videos for us. He went to multiple stores that didn’t have the rifle, bought hunting equipment for the specific game type he could hunt with the new gun and then went on to put on an absolute banger hunting video.

Thanks for another banger video flair! I'll say low and slow is the way to go with wild game. I'm from missouri and just about everything you can get in the wild cooked at lower temp for a long period of time turns out to be a delicacy every time.

I have the Savage model 93 in the 17 HMR . And I Love it . I had a 22mag but really like this better . The wooden stock on mine is just beautiful . One thing , when I bought mine ammo was $59 for 200 rounds . Now that same ammo is $90 .
I'm glad I stocked up on the ammo when I purchased the gun . Hope you enjoy the gun . Thanks for another awesome video ...

I have a heavy barrel 17hmr and have put 15 bullets into a 1 inch group at 100yards. I absolutely love it.

I have had a ruger precision 17 and it is absolutely amazing, I’ve killed things up to 300 yards with it

FYI the A17 HMR ammo was developed for the semi auto however works well in bolt action. If ya ever get a semi auto .17 standard ammo won't cycle. As always fun content.

I have many rifles, including 600+ yd pews, but the .17 hmr is still my favorite to shoot and always puts a smile on my face. The ammo you got is optimized for the Savage A17, which is pretty much to only somewhat successful semiauto. .17 hmr is just on the edge of being too hot to run in a simple blowback action. Out of a bolt I really like the Hornady 17 grain. As for the trigger, the accutrigger version is much better. I didn't think they sold any without them anymore, but that might be a Walmart exclusive thing to keep costs down.

I definitely love to see more game call hunts for sure!! I also guarantee you that lots of others would also love to see more videos with the game call!!! I definitely love using mine and have a blast at getting all kinds of animals with mine!!! I use my 17 HMR most of the time other then when calling coyotes I will use my CZ204 witch is wicked fast!!!
For perspective on the .17hmr your typical pellet rifle is .177. So its basically a pellet with grain behind it. Food for thought. That call for coyotes lured in a "barking spider" 🤣😂. Flair with another banger but wouldnt expect any but from Flair

If the grinder gets stuck you can also use ice which will not only sharpen the blades but also unclog the grinder without adding anything to your meat. Hope this helps and you see it Flair
I have a Savage access 17 HMR about 20 years ago I love that thing. I don't shoot as often as I do with my 22 but I hit everything I shoot at with my 17th and whatever I hit no longer moves

I've got that same rifle, in the box is a tool that'll adjust your trigger pull down to about 3lbs. Makes it a much more enjoyable gun.
