    My five whiskies:
    1. Bruichladdich Black Art 6.1 -- the whiskey I opened on my wedding night and bring out each anniversary; still my favorite Scotch too
    2. Ardbeg Dark Cove CR -- same reasons as Jason
    3. Jack Daniels Barrel Proof Rye "Tennessee Tasters" -- one of my top 3 ryes and a one-time TN-only release
    4. George T. Stagg 2018 -- My favorite bourbon that I own (yeah, I know it's really hyped, but it's fantastic bourbon)
    5. Midleton Dair Ghaelach, Knockdu Forest -- Favorite Irish Whiskey I've ever had

I have a decent sized collection of SMWS bottles at this point, and I think I would probably grab 5 of those since they are all such limited releases and in the ranks of some of the best whiskey I've ever had. Those guys really know how to choose amazing barrels to release. Although, I'd like to grab more than just scotch, because variety is nice in life.... such a difficult decision! Nice to see Dark Cove on your list though! I'd love to get my hands on a bottle of that one day.

I don't have nearly as many bottles as you, but from what I have:
    1. KC12- This bottle would be first since it was a bottle I purchased and was able to share with my high school classmates after not seeing many of them for 25+ years.
    2. Calumet 16- I opened and tasted this bottle, the next time it will be opened for a pour will be at my best friend's son's wedding, although I am still waiting for them to set a date.
    3. KC15- Besides being delicious, this was the first bottle I ever spent $100 to purchase. That shouldn't be a reason, but it is mine.
    4. Woodford Reserve Cellar Door store pick- this is the first and only store pick I have ever been a part of.
    5. JDSBBP- this is where the list drops off, there is no real reason this bottle is picked over any of my others, except it is just delicious, affordable, and I can find it on the shelf. It's like people still don't understand how good it is and since it is a JD product, they just pass it up.

I can say i did not have time to grab anything more than my backpack, laptop and a picture of my dad. My 5:
1- Weller 12 - IMHO worth the hype
    I’ll take a lot B “reject” for $50 any
    day
2- Old Forester SBBP pick - delicious
3- Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend batch 94
The best finished whiskey I’ve had
and a 50th bday gift from my wife
    4- ECBP C920 - the best batch I’ve had
This is the bottle that made me fall in
    Love with bourbon!
5- Rebel 10 year SB - the closest bottle I
    own to Old Fitzgerald BIB
Thanks Jason! The one bottle on your list I hope to acquire is a WT 101 12 year.

Well, I recently sold off a bunch at Bonhams I'm down to a few dusties and a bunch of dailys nothing that I couldn't replace. But I would grab my favorites. Spring bank 10, Bunna12, Rare breed, seagrass and yes Chivas 18 😂. There's a bunch that would make great fire accelerant's 😂

My list: 5. Smoke Wagon 12 year Crazy Naz bottle, 4. GTS 2020, 3. Old Carter Bourbon Batch 5, 2. Ardbeg Dark Cove (non-CR), 1. Golden Devil 12 year Hampden CH rum.
I have a lot of Smoke Wagon PB’s, but the story of Crazy Naz is legendary. GTS 2020 for no particular reason other than it was my first BTAC to buy at retail.
Old Carter batch 5 bourbon because they are getting really hard to find. It is such a hitter and got me into Old Carter. Ardbeg Dark Cove because I have scotch buddies and I bring it whenever we do a tasting. We go through the lineup and see if they can beat Dark Cove. Nothing ever does.
Finally, that Hampden was the funkiest rum I’ve ever had. It has notes of ketchup, rotten bananas, meat, and molasses. It was my first funky rum and I have been chasing the dragon ever since, but nothing holds a candle to it. I started out way too high.
Sucks to leave behind so many and I think my list is constantly changing.

Fun list. If we're factoring in the current fill levels, I'd grab these:
Bardstown Distillery Collection French Oak Finish: Filled one of these and got Steve Nally to sign it on my first trip to KY last year. Still haven't opened it, saving it for a big celebration likely many years down the road.
Blue Spot: By the time I had my third pour, I knew I'd have to hang onto it. Absolutely floored me in the best way possible.
Michter's Barrel Strength Rye: Lowest fill level, but it's my favorite rye I've had and achieves exactly what I look for in an amazing, flavorful, but not overwhelming pour.
Four Roses OBSK Brent Elliot pick: Another KY trip bottle. This is my favorite of the three I have, and I practically treat it like a special occasion pour. Right up there with the Michter's.
Knob Creek Bourbon On Main pick: Yet another bottle from my KY trip. This was the big surprise at the Bourbon On Main restaurant. When I tried a pour it took me back to my first KC single barrel, which was a shelfer that I swear to this day was a hidden honey barrel. I never buy backups, but this one I bought 2 of their remaining 7 bottles at the time. It basically cleared house in a blind between it, Discovery 4, my favorite Russell's pick, and the aforementioned Four Roses.
