I keep coming back to this episode, as it resonates with me tremendously. I am currently in my first role as a Model Builder, and a lot of this way of thinking doesn't come naturally to me as someone without this background. Knowing that there are other career paths besides going from model builder to Master Anaplanner and being purely technical, but still succeeding in this space gives me hope.
