Feels like they should include it with the app since it's only 30 a year, it would make me pull the trigger for sure but if not the power issue plus no full support doesn't add enough value there when you can just use an iPad and accomplish most everything you need.
I’ve followed the various videos on connecting the splitter cable for inactive deck monitoring-however my experience no matter what I change in terms of cables and headphones -is that the sound from the inactive deck bleeds into the speakers allowing the listener to hear what they aren’t supposed to. Anyone else with this problem? If you have a fix-please share it. I’d greatly appreciate it. :)
I hate companies that can’t answer or reply to comments often. Look how many questions go unanswered in comments with people that want to learn and are interested in buying. Hire someone to manage social product accounts to answer customer questions rather than randomly reply to one every few months.
What connections do I need to buy that doesn’t come in the box. What’s the phone connected to. That piece wasn’t in the box. Headphones Bluetooth ? External speakers Bluetooth? I must be missing a splitter.

Hello! It's possible to use the DJControl Mix on macOS via Bluetooth, but it’s not as simple as on a smartphone. You need to enable the "Bluetooth MIDI" feature in the macOS settings. Here’s a link to the Apple support page with the procedure: support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/audio-midi-setup/ams33f013765/mac (check the last section). Please note a few things: This is not possible on Windows. You’ll need to redo the pairing procedure every time you restart your Mac. It’s easier to plug the DJControl Mix directly into the Mac with a cable, and it’s also powered by the Mac. I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello there. Great tutorial but I can't understand if it's possibile to use it with cable and without bluetooth!? With PC for example i prefer to use cables and not bluetooth (that drain a lot of energy)...

@@RalphUrmel You would have to get a Bluetooth transmitter that you would plug into the split cable on the speaker side, and connect that to your Bluetooth speaker. Otherwise, you have to have both wired headphones and speakers to be able to do monitoring.
U have no idea how HELPFUL this is. I was just in Sam’s club and grabbed this product because I’d been thinking about getting something like this. It was $99. I began searching for videos and ratings, and ended up not getting it-- YET. I had one small issue, and that’s using an iPhone or smart phone. Or tablet….my iPad died recently (RIP)….and I do not wanna work from an iPhone. But I’m gonna watch ALL your videos on it and make an executive decision lol. What are your thoughts on my minor dilemma. I would much rather have something I can connect to my MacBook vs my iPhone. Also, is this a good product for beginners? I “think” I’m a DJ already, lol. I ❤❤❤❤ mysic and have so many ideas…I also love technology-- this product connects both worlds. if you are lookin for some controller to work with your android phone, stay away of this unit, I spent one hour to connect it, play for another hour and when I came back later I didnt manage to get it work. It could be nice portable controller to do some simple djing in the park but instead of that you bought just couple of problems
