The exhaust scrap pays for the tuner and exhaust. And if you do it yourself labor is free. Cummins is so easy to work on, they last forever. I wish Cummins put motors in everything.
I just did my delete kit straight pipe back to muffler, put a banks big air horn an replaced my intake plate got rid of the heater bolt engine killer , put on new turbo an it runs like a new truck , very little black smoke great sound, if your doing turbo work get the new fleece oil return pipe an get a new line from oil filter top to turbo those lines are a bitch if you twist or bend them saves you time an head ache
@@rileyboren7699 yes it reprograms computer to run without equipment. I would be hesitant on using a Mini Maxx H&S quit making them years ago and most units are refurbished and as far as I know there is no support for them. I have a MM3 now used to have a Mini Maxx.

Mine on street goes up to 37 psi it’s been tuned deleted and after market turbo and header etc. and I feel like I’m not really getting on it and it rolls out.
Hey man question, I drove around on performance mode, all the time , and now my head gaskets needs to be replaced and potentially the one or more heads have a crack, also try OD clutches went out 9k miles ago. Is this because I drove around on performance? Truck shifts horribly to.
Was your Mini Maxx new? Also did you set up your Tuner first before doing the EGR and DPF delete? All of my stuff in on its way, but I wanted to make sure that I did everything in order. Oh, and what did you do about the VIN unlock.....is that not an option when it is new?
Erin Bagley everything was new. I did the delete first. Once it was all good I plugged in the mini max and just went thru the steps. It really is plug and play. Just make sure you select the right year truck and it does it’s thing. Not sure about the vin unlock. Guess when it’s new it doesn’t matter
I was told to do the Mini Maxx first, which started out to be touch and go before getting thing figured out. So I took out the entire exhaust today, and that was no joke. I will do EGR tomorrow. Truck sounds great and drives so much better. Thanks for you help!!
Hi I have the h&s minni max and I've most of done something wrong because it didn't fish downloading and it gave me a code that I don't know what it if "U1601" AND IT won't turn on any more. Do you know what I can do? Thx!
Texas in the house. I have a 2010 6.7 had the program H$s mini fully deleted for 2 years, have 95k miles on it. I love it I keep it on tow. But I have been having a problem with my fuel pressure rail sensor that keep throwing an engine light. On the setting it runs from 5-4lbs is that normal. Can you put the "rail" setting on your and see what its producing. Also. I have not adjusted anything. No timings no pressure no trans. What do you suggest I download? I am like you, yes the truck can run if you want it to but I also want it to last. Your thought thanks so much
Fuel rail plug just regulates pressure at 3000rpm or so so you don't blow your engine gasket. Its a safety feature. If you delete the safety plug you need to Stud your motor.
Nobody unfortunately. Tuning for emission equipped trucks will be a thing of the past soon. Nobody in my state will tune my truck. So I’m stuck with the mini maxx

2012 is the best 4th gen year. No DEF and still had straight g56 shifter. I’ve had 2 2012 Ram 3500s. One deleted w/ Mini Maxx and the other with MM3.
Does the mini max delete egr/def codes for good?

What did you select on set up when it asked if emissions has been deleted?

How can you change it from mild 60hp tune to the hot tune??
Did you run the power wire to fuse box and if so what location did you use
You use the auxiliary as if you were installing fog lights.

I ordered the h&s mini, mbrp 5inch exhaust, sinister egr delete, pusher intake horn, and s&b cold air intake. My truck has 101k miles
Just hope i get away without studs until I can buy them so I'm running it on lower settings
