Also this is a 20 second clip of someone getting lucky once on an angle, the only angle that wasnt obvious or being held in the open by 5000 elo players was the third guy who played probably the most common postplant angle in low ranks other than bluebox
^^ That's exactly what I thought. Of course someone who is 'bad' or inexperienced would think that the dark corner/cubby is super op, or a likely spot for his opponent to stand, and he goes and checks is on that feeling. It wasn't some kind of well thought out decision tree.
Don't forget that this was a 15k elo game. Dark is empty almost every single round there and a player playing like a 2k is not gonna make it into 15k by getting a few lucky rounds like this. He has to be this "lucky" 24/7 to get there with his skills. Also the OP writes that this was the only round anybody was in dark in the whole game.
@@dennis_benjamin I have a friend who plays in matches that you would not believe. The dude is constantly stoned and misses every shot, goes like 3-15 every match. I don't think it's as complicated as that. Bomb is planted B, that means that to a low level player, the bomber can't bee too far from site. Where is the n00b power position on Nuke B at low elo? Either dark or back of site, and maybe this guy just likes to sit dark so he goes there when it becomes a 50/50 in his mind. There isn't 'decision making' exhibited by a lot of players on MM, it's just instincts or feelings that are acted on.
Good video I’d like to hear your thoughts on premier rating system. The reddit post claims to be in 13-15k… just inflated numbers. There are silvers who got lucky and are in 15k+ imo
I get them on on my team when I queue even tho I have 5k hours. All you need to do to hit 15k is just play enough matches. You could go double neg ever game and just get carried like probably most people in premier tbh. 1 or 2 good players just run every server.
Reddit really did a a: Shots 1-5 clearly missed nothing sus here Shots 6-9 missed due to bad recoil aimbot a little sus here Shots 10-11 very close but his spinbot is already present. Shot 12: Likely didnt fire because we now have video evidence of a felony.
I don’t know that this player was smart enough to notice this but the bomb is literally planted for dark. Obviously the dude could be ramp but if he doesn’t have much time then the only place he can check is dark. Also, 12-15k elo isn’t even CS so that may be reading too far into the situation.
Vac sucks is such a disease.. most of the time when i actually play against a cheater its someone who think i cheat and toggle on.. the "everyone is cheating" mindset is actually creating more cheaters. Kinda funny tbh 😂
the last kill is still a little weird to me but Steel's right, the guy is just bad. trying to retrace the steps of a newbie who has no idea what they're doing is pointless because they're probably thinking about absolutely nothing. literally empty-minded. he could've just checked dark just because he felt like it not because hes cheating
I agree with you that you cannot for sure tell if he is cheating from this one clip but also you cannot for sure say that he is not cheating from this one clip. But what can be said is that this player plays exactly like a silver with wallhack does. Never checking an empty angle, still guessing everything correctly, literally gravitating to the last guy. And no, that sound was not a step but just the door sound in a low quality video. Yes you could say he was just really lucky. But a guy playing like a 2k elo does not get into 15k by just being lucky ones, he gets there being this "lucky" every single round he is playing. So, I'm not saying he is 100% sure wallhacking because it can't be determined from one short clip but the chances are hella big he is and you should not make fun of people thinking he is. I understand making fun of the people calling aimhacks though 😀
People underestimate how insane lucky noobs can be. The funny thing about CS is that it's got so much depth that everyone thinks everyone else's playstyle is so bad or insane, you also have huge skill variance in matchmaking where clips like this happen and everyone doesn't realise it's just a lucky noob. That being said, I've seen a lot of cheaters playing like this before so I can understand why redditors think he's cheating. This alone isn't enough evidence to conclude anything though.
unless the last player made footstep i dont think it makes sense for him to sprint to clear dark instead of checking valley, tetris, catwalk or ramp. Suspicious but tbh i just think its a noob that manage to beat 3 other noobs. I always see people saying there's tons of cheating, then this kind of thing is the evidence. The player very well *might* be cheating, though there's nothing that indicates in this clip that he's anything but a bad player just following his bad player instincts after learning the game. "Players jump down vents so I'll aim at vents. Last game someone hid dark after planting the bomb so I'll check dark, and I see his shoulder, now I go defuse." etc etc. It's just an instinctual style of play from a pretty low level player. Sometimes it's really obvious that someone is walling when they're almost 'chasing' the enemy team around the map, or consistently have knowledge they wouldn't otherwise, even if the player is really bad, but this is just stupid, and isn't evidence of anything but the inexperience of the player and the OP. I'm 99% that some of the commenters are fucking with him. The dude who said there was an aimlock *has* to be trolling... Right?
