The onion “won” Infowars in an auction that wasn’t legally held With a bid that wasn’t the highest And will pay for it with money that doesn’t exist Is that weird????
The families agreed to waive some of their claims against AJ and pay off some of the other creditor’s, meaning in effect this was the it was the best bid from AJs perspective.
@monishbiswas1966 Thanks for being polite :) The people the court put in charge of the bankruptcy went off and had this “auction” without the courts knowledge There are rules for these things and it doesn’t seem like they were followed
@@HannahEMPGamingthe judge blocked it after he learned the onion didn't actually have money and the actual deal was the onion take the property and pay the families the money later from the profits "if" it ever turned a profit. That would be highly unlikely considering the onion use to be funny nearly 20 years ago but most people didn't even know they were still in business.
Seriously this is the most righteous thing ever
infowars back online
Beautiful! Support The Onion, Every Town and the people affected by Sandy Hook. When The Onion can bring sanity to insane times.....this is beautiful!
The Onion was not the highest bidder to pay off the claim How can it be accepted ? There something not honest here
Seems the the sale has been blocked and criminal investigation is likely into the sale, Judge is hearing next Monday
This is the best The Onion moment ever
*Lol... the funniest thing about their site, will be when it goes bankrupt and all that money is "LOST".*
Yea I didn't even know they were still in business.
This is going to be great
But...shot down by a judge 😆 He who laughs last?
It’s a satirical website, making a satirical announcement. Come on guys, do your research for once.
lol, so you actually think the Onion didn't buy Infowars? I admit it sounds crazy, but this is actually true.
"d0 yOuR reSeARcH" says most uninformed person here
@@scienceisreal779 *ROFL. Hopefully they will soon be quiet, but I suppose we have to listen to them for at least a few more months.*
No it’s not. There’s multiple sources saying they bought Infowars The Onion is not the only one who announced this
Like if you did one ounce of research you’d know they did in fact buy Infowars
