Kebu shows off his Roland synth collection. In this part, Kebu presents his VP-330, RS-09, SH-2000, Juno-60, JX-8P and JUPITER-X. In the end of the video, Kebu gives a jam demonstrating how to integrate modern Roland synths with vintage ones.

The jam that began right around 14:47 was absolutely amazing!
Yeah... kind of makes you wanna go out and get the Jupiter X right now, so you can just jam a long with i-arpeggio all nite long.

The I-appegiator plays always with the same sounds.I have the impression.
Took me instantly to a hover over the frozen snowfield, icicles hanging like festoons from the trees, the pines, birches and all the trees bathed in glorious white snow and a lone bird which is flying through the snow to its unknown and forlorn destination.....Magic....
Kebu is not only a famous professional but he is a nice guy he took the time to answer my question and quickly.
Its great how the sounds of some of these keyboards can transport us back in time to the 80's!

The old Roland sound makes me nostalgic. I grew up with these sound on the 70s Tomita one of them.

I would echo most of the comments (meaning the GOOD ones) of other contributors - namely that I was a child of the 60's and was into "electronic music" in my youth but have since gotten on with life only to have discovered Kebu's channel by accident... Of his videos which I've watched, he always appears to be having a great time making music and sharing it with other people. I m not technically gifted to know what a C sharp or D flat would be - but I do know talent when I hear it and I recognise warmth in decent human beings. Thank you, Kebu, for sharing your gift with the rest of us "other" people 99.9% of whom I'd also like to guess would feel likewise. Keep it up!!

Maybe because the video feels more like a Roland Jupiter X and Xm promotion than a presentation of his collection and that if this is what it is then it should be presented as such. This said, Roland can hardly have better ambassador for it's vintage emulation synths. Side note: these two Korg MS 20 on top... they seem a bit out of place in the middle of this Roland gang.

Fantastic set-up and wonderful playing. I noticed a JP8000 above the SH2000 but love the Juno 60. They are very similar to the Jupiters because in mythology Juno was the wife of Jupiter.

Would love to have some tracks of him just jamming out like he is in these videos and have continuous play. Just sounds so relaxing and uplifting at the same time. The arpeggio melodies and style sounds soo cool.
