Took me instantly to a hover over the frozen snowfield, icicles hanging like festoons from the trees, the pines, birches and all the trees bathed in glorious white snow and a lone bird which is flying through the snow to its unknown and forlorn destination.....Magic....
Kebu's music brings enjoyment to my work days, and even better immersion seen live in concert. This was an interesting dive to the capabilities and nyances of the synthesizers themselves. Thank you Kebu for jamming along and sharing the fruits of your creativity with us.
Hello Kebu, I enjoyed hearing the sound of your voice. It is the first time that I have heard you speak on a video. One of the best investments I ever made was in purchasing an external speaker system for my laptop. The sound I get from my Altec Lansing system is amazing! I consider you to be one of the best electronic music performers and composers ever! I have enjoyed your many performances and concerts, and wish you continued success with your music career! Your fan, Will Ortiz
7 thumbs down? Really? Kebu shares his studio and a demo and you give a thumbs down for that? Ungrateful wretches! Thanks Kebu for this outstanding video!!! Wonderful!!!
Maybe because the video feels more like a Roland Jupiter X and Xm promotion than a presentation of his collection and that if this is what it is then it should be presented as such. This said, Roland can hardly have better ambassador for it's vintage emulation synths. Side note: these two Korg MS 20 on top... they seem a bit out of place in the middle of this Roland gang.
I would echo most of the comments (meaning the GOOD ones) of other contributors - namely that I was a child of the 60's and was into "electronic music" in my youth but have since gotten on with life only to have discovered Kebu's channel by accident... Of his videos which I've watched, he always appears to be having a great time making music and sharing it with other people. I m not technically gifted to know what a C sharp or D flat would be - but I do know talent when I hear it and I recognise warmth in decent human beings. Thank you, Kebu, for sharing your gift with the rest of us "other" people 99.9% of whom I'd also like to guess would feel likewise. Keep it up!!
Sir you are a master in your art.you show true respect to all master pieces performed by famous musicians, my favorites are crocket, and Giorgio moroder the chase.bravo and thank you for all your performances.hearing you voice for first time is a privilege. 😊
Very enjoyable and informative, Kebu! Looking forward to more videos showcasing your collection! Thank you for producing these behind-the-scenes videos.
Hey Kebu, nice video and long overdue tour of some of your gear. I'm very envious of both your knowledge, creativity and having such awesome gear. Keep it up and thanks for the video. Greetings from South Africa, from one keyboardist to another!
Thank you Kebu for the awesome demonstration and for the great tune at the end. You ARE a synth god for sure and it was a pleasure to listen to you throughout this entire video! Greetings from the USA. Stay safe and rock on! 👍👍🙏😀
Really enjoyed the tour! Kudos to Kebu from one of your many fans in the states ;) I love how you share the configuration of your gear in the demo (16:02) This was a joy to watch :)
Hello from the USA, Sebastian! Looking forward to the video. I still own an alpha Juno-2 I got new in 1986. Cool to see you're using the alpha Junos. Cheers!
Hello Kebu, I love Roland instruments too. But I see you have an Andromeda A6 in your studio. For me this is an absolute Monster synthesizer. I love my A6 so much and will never give it away. Greetings from Cologne and stay healthy
@@Craefter Easy, as we are admirers of Kebu’s work, we are looking forward to it and want to see it ... if one doesn’t like his work, why follow/subscribe?

Fantastic set-up and wonderful playing. I noticed a JP8000 above the SH2000 but love the Juno 60. They are very similar to the Jupiters because in mythology Juno was the wife of Jupiter.
good evening dear kebu you are a very great keyboard musician. I really like what you do. thank you for all the informations you have done on every keyboard you have and for the great demo at the end of this video have a nice evening take care of you see you soon
Sending a trigger audio signal from anything in order to sync a Juno 6 (or 60) is a classic trick which is good to teach to the newcomers. It's what I did in the 80s & 90s, record a simple sequence of notes in my sequencer, send it as a pulse from a dedicated output of my akai sampler to the trig input of my old Juno. And obvioulsy you're not obliged to send 1/16, trig what & how you want. And I still do it today (Actualy I send now a trig signal from Logic via my UA Appolo, but the game is the same)
Would love to have some tracks of him just jamming out like he is in these videos and have continuous play. Just sounds so relaxing and uplifting at the same time. The arpeggio melodies and style sounds soo cool.
Have always loved Kebu. Particularly his earlier performances. Mainly as he used a wonderful collection of not so popular gear (The old Korgs and ARP's are quite rare to see, and a refreshing change to the predictable analog Roland fest that seem almost standard and over used these days), but that's just a personal opinion. Keep up the great work. :)
Hello Keb, What a happiness for you when you played all these keys after they were all connected together. Wow!! Fiftty new musical ideas in the first ten minutes, yes! Best wishes and happiness well deserved looking after so much equippment. 👍👍👍🌏👍👍👍 (nz) You may retire making tone libraries just that alone, 😄
heyyo Kebu your JX8P / Juno patches on Roland's Axial site for JD-XA are just pure heaven for me; the JD-XA makes a lot lot lot more sense for me right now, but I was just missing the JX very hardcore & extremely. To top it off actually I added on Behringer/TC-Electronic's "June 60" which apparently reproduces the Juno 60's stereo analog chorus circuitry exactly (I have my doubts) but it does do what the digital chorus fx lacks for me. Just wanted to say thanks again for doing that! I use the sounds daily.
Kebu один из лучших
The jam that began right around 14:47 was absolutely amazing!
Yeah... kind of makes you wanna go out and get the Jupiter X right now, so you can just jam a long with i-arpeggio all nite long.
JupiterX is a GOD
The I-appegiator plays always with the same sounds.I have the impression.
Took me instantly to a hover over the frozen snowfield, icicles hanging like festoons from the trees, the pines, birches and all the trees bathed in glorious white snow and a lone bird which is flying through the snow to its unknown and forlorn destination.....Magic....
Kebu is not only a famous professional but he is a nice guy he took the time to answer my question and quickly.
Its great how the sounds of some of these keyboards can transport us back in time to the 80's!
The old Roland sound makes me nostalgic. I grew up with these sound on the 70s Tomita one of them.
You are so right about the superior aftertouch of the vintage preset synths. They are still amazingly lively to play.
Got to respect anybody who has a Moog the Source in his rack. Lovely synths. Lovely video as well! Thanks.
Kebu, thats not a demo song... Thats a banger! You are great!

Just great job Kebu! I could have listened to that i-arp jam all day! The last jam was solid gold as well!

Great Kebu! The JX8P is one of my favourites. That warm analog feel is very difficult to find on nowadays synths.
