Mr.Derek O brien is the family of Quiz Masters. So knowledge and memory is sharp. More than that good English news papers were from Calcutta. How is Derek 'O Brian finest speaker please explain ,he got time on floor of parliament to speak on short coming of bill passed by NCT bill all he was doing is narrating about BJP leadership , if you want to see classic speeches of Parliament look for Shri ArunJaitley 's speech as Leader of Opposition in Lokpal bills shortcoming during UPA regime Madame just shouting loud to get captured in Rajya Sabha live transmission and playing victimised to interjection by BJP members doesnt make his speech FINEST. Only he did was to Knock Constitution Book on table and attack BJP leadership which is definitely not contents of Bills . As he is horn lock fight with BJP so his furious attack was to make political point he was the one person who tore bill in Rajya Sabha raising all unparliamentary & unsolicited slogans. We Indians suffer from "third person's calamity syndrome". If something wrong happens every one thinks that it will not happen to him. Kejriwal is no exception. When MPs from Andhra pradesh were manhandled in Parliament in 2014 and the AP bifurcation bill was passed without voting, cameras put off, doors locked from inside, Kejriwal didn't see any unconstitutionality in it. When Jammu and Kashmir was made a Union territory demoting its status from a State Kejriwal did not find unconstitutionality in it. Kejriwal's political mind supported these events. No other Chief minister also made any noise. Most surprising aspect is that Council of States fails to perform its duty of protecting Federal polity of Indian union. And now let us see if any State or any other political party would join kejriwal's campaign against the bill/act on Delhi
