1) Article 38 : "State(Govt) to Secure a social order for the promotion of welfare Of the people"
2) Article 39 : " Certain principles of policy to be followed by the the state".

you missed out on- that it is a directive principle- something that the parliament should follow while implementing various policies. these principles are not important to enforce.

Yes, Directive Principles aren't Judicially Enforceable,But It's Moral obligation on Govt (state) to Uphold these principles during legislative or executive Action.
And yes their Non-justiciable nature doesn't mean That they aren't Important.
They are Very Important and yes Soul of our Constitution.
@@drrasik2764 um.. you've repeated what I've said . Pick up any polity book or any polity video , it says the same. . When I say they aren't important to enforce , I mean they are not enforceable , as in it is the parliaments choice to make laws on the basis of the principles. Ideally the government should follow these principles while making laws , but it is not an ABSOLUTE thing that they have to . Please take a moment to understand .
