Aj ke is video me mai aap sab ko Employment Verification क्या होता है ki jankari diya hu. Isme mai bataya hu ki BGV (Background Verification) kisliye kiya jata hai aur kitna jaruri hota hai.
Isme ye bhi bataya hu ki aap sab ko kin bato ka dyan rakhana hi agar aapka employee background verification hota hai.

No, they don't check about the projects you have worked.

Hi, for First question the answer is YES. For the second one, it depends HR to HR and according to the company policies.
Hello sir i was currently working in my family business of construction at some role know I am selected for tcs the thing is that in my family business their is only one permanent employee that is me and other workers are contract basis and that that get changes according to work. So will their be any problem related to that like and i also have also taken salary from my family business firm. And I dont have any pf account type.

In last company i slapped a guy bt the company asked me to leave by giving a resignation and also provided me experience letter and salary slips
Submit all original documents.. do not give any fake documents.. always tell the truth to HR like I have gap in education.. I said the truth to my new company.. If you are honest, then no tension and enjoy your new job offer
This verification happens after we get our offer letter or before?
Depends on company to company sometimes it happens before and sometimes later. But mostly after offer letter been given.
They will check our academic history?
Like how we attend our classes and where we went during the exams ?
And they will check our passport & travel history as well????
They will only check ur academic that to which school or board or university u have attended. That's it. They are not going to dwell into any other thing.

Hi if i left due to management issue as leaving reason due to which it was one day resignation, my manager says it was issue with me for different things does it show in Bgv

Hi mene private university se bcom kiya hai from himayalan garhwal university which was regular in uttarakhand and i only use to go for exams but galti se resume par mene distance education daal diya hai aur vo private university regular k liye hi ugc se approved hai.Kyaa koi problem aa sakti hai??aur its a MNC and it has third party verification.
Nahi koi badi problem nahi hai tum apne company ke HR ko inform kr sacte ho.

You better tell them that ur university is closed and give them some important person number of ur university to verify ur details.

Hai sir During final round interview with Director of the company...i have mentioned My last salary hike was October 2020...but no company gave hike during carona time. He has noted it in a paper.
My experience was fake actually.The company i told i was working has its last hike in august 2019.
What can i do?
Can i change my last hike date in bgv form?
