Your roadmap was very good but as for the resources, there's a course by Andrew Ng on Stanford Online (freely available on TH-cam) and it covers Machine Learning using Python with all the necessary theory. As for the mathematical part, there's a video series by Derek Banas titled "Mathematics for Machine Learning" available on TH-cam. As someone somewhat into machine learning for some time, I wanted to know about the later stages like Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision and the prospects in both. You also forgot to mention the importance of OpenCV. You should have mentioned the importance of Data Visualization Libraries : Matplotlib, Seaborn and Bokeh as visualization and preprocessing is a major part of machine learning. Please make a video on the importance of project based learning and how to escape the tutorial hell.

For the dataset, prefer only 1 resource that is - UCI. Kaggle takes all their dataset from UCI. Companies expect projects done on real-time data rather than small datasets like Titanic, Iris, Heart, Chest X-ray, PIMA, etc. Apart from it, a few other packages that are must learn: 1. Pandas 2. SciKit 3. Matplotlib 4. Plotly (the best ever data visualizing tool) Along with this, 1 basic thing that you would be needing is using an Anaconda Environment. Setting up the environment is where people generally mess it up. Adding to this, there are well-written books for Machine Learning from O’Reilly (e-books available for free, but I suggest purchasing them to support the author's work and also color-print gives a better understanding in my perspective). Those books are student-friendly and are highly recommended by anyone learning ML & DL. Do check them out. One last thing, Grant Sanderson videos (3Blue1Brown) are so engaging that you'll end up clicking on every other video of his channel, his videos are programmatically animated. So, try to stick to your plans. TH-cam Channels that would help in learning them- 1. DeepLearning.ai 2. Krish Naik (good for Data Science as well) - [MUST FOLLOW] 3. Sentdex (he wrote an ML code to make a car run itself in GTA-V) 4. Daniel Bourke (he is known to be the preferred mentor for ML starters) 5. Compute Vision Essentials from Great Learning (each video is of around 30 min but provides great content) [not on youtube, visit their website] 6. Code with Harry (generally for programming concepts & languages, similar to Apni Kaksha) Few others (worth visiting): 1. Analytics Vidhya (covers noobs to expert + free hackathons + structured content) 2. Instagram page- Machine Learning India (@mlindia) [good for general awareness in AI, provides short tutorials in basic coding projects like face, object detection, etc.] 3. Start off with Andrew Ng's Introduction to Machine Learning course on Coursera. Also, you need to know probability and random variables along with some calculus. EC students will have these subjects in 2nd or 3rd semesters. I don't know about other courses.

i think Stanford CS229 is best if anyone wants to understand the maths behind basic ML models like linear regression , SVM, bagging, boosting and other related topics like VC dimension etc. Unke videos and lecture notes pd lena i dont think uske baad kisi book ki need hogi :)
ML is not good for those who wanna get job early, a MS or phd is required, basically it is more like in the research area, less scope for beginners On the other side, web/mobile development could be learned within one year

17:15 he mentioned the word 'metrics' and not matrix, whoever is confused about that. Metrics are different types of measurement which are calculated over the training and test sets to evaluate the performance and accuracy of the models. BTW, very informative video bhaiya.

Also, you need to know probability and random variables along with some calculus. EC students will have these subjects in 2nd or 3rd semesters. I don't know about other courses.

Sir, l am learning Android after this i will switch to ML. Because ML need 5-6 years of experience of Programming field. Excption is always there. We are not from IIT College. So i suggest you to learn Android or Web development. After this you can switch to ML.

i think Stanford CS229 is best if anyone wants to understand the maths behind basic ML models like linear regression , SVM, bagging, boosting and other related topics like VC dimension etc.

17:15 he mentioned the word 'metrics' and not matrix, whoever is confused about that. Metrics are different types of measurement which are calculated over the training and test sets to evaluate the performance and accuracy of the models.
