I see this song as V1 starting to feel alive. Blood is what fuels V1, in lore; blood is what gives everything life. So for V1 to be constantly filled with blood, it must begin to feel SOMETHING. The song feels so lost and confused; like an error code trying to correct itself. This song makes you feel like V1, fighting with everything you have and will always be. It's fighting for it's "life", at ends.
i imagine this playing while we fight in giant ice castle with flashbacks from Gabriel past in 9-1. this gives some kind of nostalgic vibes so it would fit perfectly with all the bad things Gabriel did.
I cannot wait to see the last shot of Ultrakill being V1 shutting down on a throne, then suddenly a light shines down: Mankind is dead Blood is fuel Hell is empty Heaven is full And a drop of blood falls right onto him
