For the non Liverpool fans who don't understand the hype, his 60.81% in 467 games win ratio says it all. Real fans watch every game and he removed the gloom and gave us something to look forward to. Trophies are wonderful but they're ephemeral, the journey is the real pleasure in being a football fan, watching your team win matches and in style.

Klopp said on his first day:"It doesn't matter what they talk about you when you arrive. What matters is what people talk about you when you leave." And boy have he delivered big time...

ITS NOT NORMAL FOR MOST MANAGERS but Klopp is not a normal manager, he has had this same love everywhere he has managed.. Go look at how much he was loved at Dortmund or Mainz.. Klopp put Dortmund on the map & look where they still are today.. This is not normal but its is the norm for Klopp.. The guy is an amazing man..

As a Manchester United fan I have to say I’m gutted over the fact that he’s leaving. Klopp is not only an astounding manager but an absolutely incredible human being and leader. I’m really gonna miss having him in the sport and especially in the Premier league

I can't see him staying away from football for too long. That passion and desire for the game doesn't go away so easily. A two year break from the game and he'll feel renewed energy for management. Germany manager?

I grew up in a small seaside town and supported Arsenal from an early age (not entirely sure why, Liam Brady probably) so I get to enjoy great football without being too resentful or tribal if it’s played by somebody else. The football Liverpool played under Klopp, from day one, was absolutely incredible and was a joy for any true fan of football to watch. The rivalry with City was of course central to these years but there were so many great games, the 4-0 against Barcelona being perhaps the ultimate moment of Klopp’s time in this country. Thanks Jurgen. It was a very special time and we will never forget 🙏

He might come out of “retirement” to manage Liverpool again if Slot messes up.

The Liverpool and klopp were 4 games away from winning 3 premier leagues and 3 champions leagues. The premier league not punishing Man City for constantly cheating year I year out. It’s like playing poker except the player you’re playing against has 30 cards and you have 5. Or going into a boxing ring with both of your hands tied behind your back. He is the best manager in the world.

If only Liverpool won CL vs Madrid 2 years ago and won EPL this season…will be even more phenomenal farewell for Klopp❤️But he gave his all to Liverpool. The players let him down on those 2 occasions. Thank you Sir Klopp

Prior to this great mans arrival I had resorted to watching the games from behind the sofa - in Kilroy fashion. Thank you Jurgen for helping me watch games while sitting (and sometimes jumping) on the sofa.
