He is the best coach in the World, the best football manager
What he has achieved in Dormund and Liverpool shows that he doesn't need stars, he definitely create them
Guardiola is a great coach maybe the best if there were no Klopp.
I'm so disappointed cuz I wanted him to do a Ferguson's carreer in Liverpool but I can only understand and respect his choice and thank him for not leaving Liverpool as Fergusson did by making sure a new project has been launched correctly before leaving

Got Mainz promoted to the Budesliga for the first time in their history. ☑️
Took Dortmund from 13th to win their first league title in 10 years against an absolutely stacked Bayern team... twice...in a row. Also got them to the CL final ☑️
Won Liverpool their 6th European Cup. And then the holiest of grails...The 30 year wait. Wins us the Prem and smashes multiple all time records doing it ☑️
Honestly it's not even debatable. He's one of the greatest managers of all time. And he's still got more to do at Liverpool. Legend.

@@simonforrest2522 interestingly enough, that bayern team came off the back of beating barcelona 7-0 on aggregate... in messi's prime!!!! I genuinely think that klopp's Dortmund are the number one reason why that treble winning bayern side aren't remembered more. Because their cl final win was unconvincing in comparison to others in recent years. Dortmund made one of the great bayern sides look relatively normal for 90 minutes and lost in very very cruel fashion, when nobody gave Dortmund so much as a chance that final.

The way he nailed almost everything he said is incredible. He came, did everything he promised, and will leave as a legend while still being the normal one. Klopp is a really one of kind of manager. Others might have more titles, but the way Klopp lead his team and inspire his players and fans is unparalled. Liverpool has been blessed with having him in the past 8 years. I want to wish him only the best, he deserved his break and hopefully will come back to manage again with renewed energy.

I love Jürgen like he was my coach and I get goosebumps when I see his statements from the past and how fudging unbelievable hard he deliverd. I know exactly how the LFC supporters must feel now cos Jürgen gave us the same feelings a few years ago. My advice: Enjoy this time as much as you can. The years with Jürgen will be the most exciting years as a fan for you in your whole life. And he will leave a big hole when he leaves the club. So enjoy the time you have with him! @@Huyle18 I thought before the Madrid final in 2018 that missing Coutinho might have handed Madrid the title. Retrospect may suggest the Salah injury and Karius mishaps were the difference, but Couts-Bobby-Mane-Salah were the best attacking unit in football that year. I think Coutinho was designed to hurt that Winger loaded Madrid team. He had the pressing and 50 yard balls to cause the damage.
The 2018 Liverpool is actually the best attacking side I have ever seen at Anfield. We might have gotten more efficent in the following years, but Coutinho really made everything a great spectacle. Glad he got trophies elsewhere for his troubles.

It's a great point to bring up. From the very start, I always believed that Jurgen was the kind of guy that would put so much into his work, that he would end up burning himself out. Hence how he required a sabbatical after his time at Dortmund.
I honestly felt that Jurgen was looking tired in the run up to the season being interrupted. I'm now beginning to wonder if the 3 month break has helped him to recharge his batteries and keeps him with us for a longer time?
But it's also right to enjoy the 'right here and now'.
I'm old enough to remember the shock and horror when Bill Shankly retired. Little did we know that Bob Paisley would actually win more than Shanks. Perhaps Liverpool's next manager is already on Jurgen's staff?

I remember at some point during their Champions League Campaign, they had injuries all over the place and on all of their most important players, and they were down on Aggregate to Barcelona. He was a player at Mainz up until he took over as manager. Dortmund was on the verge of bankruptcy when he took over. The club didn't even own the stadium anymore. They had no money and it took him 3 years to get them to a league title. He doesn't go for thriving clubs, he goes for the ones that need guidance. The ones that have heart but are struggling.
