West is occupied in Ukraine and Gaza. China is bracing up in south China sea for Taiwan.
Does it means that It will again bolster Pakistan/pak based terrorist to attack in India , so that India would be occupied in Himalayas.?

The chances of China attacking Taiwan despite all the noise is actually low as of now- will result in a political blunder for Xi. For India the two front war though remains a perpetual threat.
