It's also called the Windy City, and also eBhayi. When it was renamed Gqeberha most of us people of Mzansi were baffled. The new name came out of nowhere and caused a national debate, but it's easy for us to pronounce, kudos to you for trying 😃. We love our coastal cities, especially in summer, which is from November to January. Accommodation becomes expensive in those summer months. In winter it is better to visit Durban because it is nice and warm there. Another tip, don't visit Cape Town in winter, unless if you don't mind staying indoors because it is the rainy season there. Great content Malango enjoy our country.
My hood. My first property was at The beaches apartment block. When I was a student i stayed in most of these properties. As soon as I started working in 2010, I bought my first two bedroom apartment At the Beaches and the second ine in Central at Tomcoyle Block. Its occupied by a familiy who has been renting it for 3 years. I love PE even though my house is in East London.PE is very underrated and undermarketed.
Great content my brother. I miss Dar es Salam. I lived there for seven years as part of the ANC refugees. Nelson Mandela Bay Metro is the 6th biggest metropolitan area in SA. The biggest metro is johannesburg followed by Cape Town, Ekurhuleni metro, Durban, Pretoria, Nelson Mandela Bay metro where PE is located and the seventh biggest Metro is Buffalo 🐃 metropolitan area where East London is located. Kindly visit Cape Town it is one of the most beautiful metropolitan cities in SA.
Great insight, and happy to hear that you once lived in Dar es Salaam. I did visit Cape Town and truly, it's one of beautiful cities I have ever visited!
