    I've had my qa1 coilovers front since 2020, rear kit since 2021. Qa1 crossmember going on in a few weeks when my slot at my buddies shop up. 😎

    I would love to see some pictures of the stance once the QA1 coilovers are installed. I want to see what the stance looks like before I decide on coilovers vs. Bags

      We appreciate the feedback! The crossmember kits allow up to 8" of drop while just the control arm and coil-over kit allow up to 6" of drop with drop spindles.

      What options are there for lowering the rear on coil-overs past the 6" mark? My truck is currently 5.5" up front and 8" in the rear on coil springs. Can I get that low in the rear with the QA1 rear coil-over kit if I use blocks on the axle housing mounts or maybe longer lower shock mounts?@@QA1TECH

      @@hexthank Our 63-72 kit offers up to a 6" drop and our 73-87 kit offers up to a 7" drop in the rear. I would recommend reaching out to our tech team for some recommendations. 952-985-5675 or Sales@QA1.net

      @@dlew913 Good deal, let us know if we can help! Remember, you can start with the system for use with the stock crossmember, and add the tubular crossmember later.

    We are really interested in putting this on our 1974 Supercharged Squarebody. We are looking to drop some weight from the front end and are looking for the new car feel.

    70 C10 Stepside...Why do the spindles need to be from a 73-87 c10 for the tubular arms to install?
    Will i need to also purchase other 73-87 c10 suspension components for this to work?
    I'm also interested on the whole rear suspension kit with tubular trailing arms...is a c-notch required? I will be lowering my truck 6“ max if that.

    • @QA1TECH
      @QA1TECH  ปีที่แล้ว

      The spindles need to be 73-87 because the ball joints we provide with these kits are a 73-87 ball joint. As long as you purchase the kit for your year range, it will work just fine. Yes, the rear kit comes with a c-notch.

    • @Cristo12344

      @@QA1TECH Is the c-notch required at all? Or does your kit allow for no notching?

    • @QA1TECH
      @QA1TECH  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Cristo12344 The c-notch is required.

    Can these get a higher lift like stance for a c20 or at least stock hight ?

    • @QA1TECH
      @QA1TECH  ปีที่แล้ว

      The control arm, coil-over setup we currently offer for the C20 will lower the vehicle at minimum 1".

    I have a 72 c10
    Have the whole qa1 kit front and rear with the tubular system.
    If I put my tie rods on the bottom of the spendles, the rods from the rack and pinion hits the sway bar.
    I have the sway bar slid all the way toward the front of the truck .
    Any ideal?

    Would the tubular crossmember possibly work on a 73 C20 Suburban?

    • @QA1TECH
      @QA1TECH  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there! The Crossmember will not work on a C20 at this time. We do however offer the control arm and coil-over setup for the 67-86 C20. www.qa1.net/automotive/suspension/classic-trucks-conversion-systems/1967-1986-chevy-c20-1987-1991-chevy-r20-coil-over-front-suspension-kits
