Also a video idea: Fascist Imperial Federation (UK) can form the EU, so you can annex the US and click the decision to create the Pan American State, you will have Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada AND the US as cores. You could try that.

@@kianocallaghan5788 I mean, lots of communist policies in the Soviet Union and China worked out quite well when not tainted by authoritarianism, cronyism and incompetent implementation. We can see the same play out in disastrous capitalist endeavours in places like African countries.

You could do a monarchist run where you create the Pan American state and core the US. I did it in my Wallis achievement run and I've never felt more OP in the game before.
It is the same run I conquered the whole world as the UK.

I think he doesn't really likes mods, but it would be cool to see taureor playing millennium dawn
@Puggo TNO's grown on me, but it's a really long and boring mod for most of the time (less of a HOI4 mod, more of a visual novel at times). That said, agree with you on MD Modern. MD Classic was better in every way, but they let the MD4 team decide the direction for the merge. Really, though, I'd like to see Taureor play Old World Blues. Nothing beats the Fallout mod.
The problem with millenium dawn is only a few countries are strong enough to do much. Example. I played as ISIS saudi Arabia and the only countries I could invade before fighting a world coalition were uae, Oman and Jordan. I couldn't even invade Yemen.
Then in my Britain game I can't even invade Ireland because France guaranteed them and if I land in France all of europe will create nato and gang up on me.
The ability that you have to play this game without mods it's amazing, hats off to you

Play as... well... literally any country you'd like. Remain neutral for as long as possible, and if you're declared war upon, you must only defend from being conquered. You must wait until ALL research is complete before attacking.
I'd love to see a monarchist playthrough :D
Idea: Take revenge as Sweden
In order to have the challenge completed: Annex Denmark and Norway, Poland, Lithuania, Swedish lands in Germany, Karelia, Leningrad, Narva, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Poltava, and the Soviet Union as Sweden.

I always like to turn communist *before* doing the decolonisation focuses that release countries, because then you will release them as communist states instead of democracies and they are more likely to stick with you

Challenge idea: play as any Balkan nation you want and fight the axis and comintern at the same time. Stipulation: you must be at war with the second faction within 6 months of declaring on the second and you must be at war with both at the same time. Extra credit if you do it without joining a faction!

Stupid challange idea: Play as Liberia and conquer the world. Twist: You are not alowed to hold or have access to any African territory (including Madagascar and the other islands, obviously excluding Liberia) directly or indirectly (via puppets, factions or millitary access). Naval invasion time it is! Or you could just ally Venezuela or something idk
My favorite UK run, was where I formed the imperial fed, and then flipped commie, I had a wonderful few years before being torn apart in a commie v commie civil war

1.10.6 version's resistance is broken. If you put horse division with 40 width fully manpower and equipment with latest Military police you will still get resistance

You can request the forces of your dominions and use them to complete secure the dominions decisions. This massively reduces the number of units you need to make and the manpower you need.

Taureor - Is there a reason you don't attach your air force to armies directly so they follow them around? Feels more convenient to me but I'm now wondering whether there is some reason why it's a bad idea...
